I had a breast reduction procedure over 2 years ago with Dr. O’Grady and I can’t express how pleased I was with the whole experience and results after. He not only was extremely professional and knowledgeable with the entire process but made me feel comfortable for undergoing my first ever surgery. As it was some what of a lengthy process I was more than happy waiting as my family doctor let me know that Dr. O’Grady specialized in breast reconstruction surgery so I was certain he was the best of the best in the area! As well as the reception staff we’re always friendly and welcoming every time I had a consultation or follow up appointments. I am still so happy with how my new breasts look and feel, it has helped me so much with my posture and back issues over the last 2 years. I 100% recommend Dr. O’Grady for this type of surgery or any other procedures, he made something that I was always self-conscience of become something I have so much confidence in now. Last month I attended Mackenzie Health Fracture Clinic. Here are the facts of what occurred... you be the judge of whether or not Kevin O'Grady and his staff member are breaking any procedures, rules, regulations, protocols, or just flat out criminally negligent. I will allow you to judge:1) I went to see Kevin for a damaged hand. I was referred to him. I did not choose him or research him beforehand.2) He chose not to treat me. I did not agree. We discussed possible legal malpractice law suits should I have any major issues like not being able to work or other issues to the quality of my life due to my hand being so useless. He still chose not to treat me.3) He then called his staff member into the room (Philippino women in her thirties). This stranger to the matter started to give her medical opinion and advised me that she was on the side of the doctor.4) The staff member entering the room was against the rules and procedure that a doctor and patient should follow. That was against the law. I did not want to share any confidential medical history with the staff member. She was only called in because Kevin said He wanted to protect himself".5) Again

Dr O'Grady has great bedside manner, sense of humour, and I am very pleased with my breast reduction and post-surgery care. His office staff are helpful, friendly and make you feel very comfortable. Highly recommend.

He is the worst doctor I have ever seen. He doesn't even bother himself to read the patient's file and he made my mother do another X_ray of her hands even though she had the X_ray on her file. After all this inattention, he did one injection on my mother's palm cruelly which made her hand worse, before the injection my mother had pain only on one finger but after that, she had pain all over her hand and it was swollen so she couldn't sleep because of the pain. I say a very big No to this doctor. I wish I could give him zero instead of one star.

According to the reviews, Dr. O’Grady is very professional and clients are very pleased with his performance. I am unable to judge him as a doctor as I didn't get the procedure done, however I did encounter an unpleasant situation with Dr. O’Grady’s office.The night prior to my surgery I became ill, and despite this fact I showed up at the clinic the next morning and asked to reschedule the procedure after explaining my situation, hoping it will be simple and painless.To my unpleasant surprise, the secretary advised that rescheduling the surgery will cost an additional $100 on top of the initial $100 facility fee I had paid. As per their policy, a 3 weeks’ notice is required to cancel/change your surgery date, otherwise this fee is not refundable.I understand company policy, however nobody can predict if he or she will be sick in the next three weeks, and if Mr. O’Grady and his staff can show me someone who can I will pay any amount they will ask. Maybe this $100 will make Dr. O’Grady richer and happier.Needless to say I felt that I was talking to robots as opposed to humans as my feelings were completely ignored, and as it is turned out, I ended up having to pay a facility fee for not using the facility. It makes absolutely no sense.So folks keep in mind, before you book anything with this clinic, try to predict every possible and unpredictable situation.

Dr O’Grady diagnosed a tumour in my finger after I had broken it. If it wasn’t for his diligence and experience, it would have gone unnoticed. He scheduled me for surgery and performed it. The recovery was quick and successful!
