Getting the car was a big issue, I was pretty much approved right away which was great but after that, nothing but hassles. I have only had my car it 8 months, I have had to take it to my mechanic because it stopped running. The cause is something to do with the exhaust being clogged up and the manifold and whatever else I don't understand. The power train warranty doesn't cover this. This is going to cost me over $3000 to repair. I have only had this car for 8 months. It was supposed to be safetied and certified when I got it. I don't believe this car was checked properly before being given to me. I think they are taking advantage of people who need to use their service. Something should be done about this. No one cares what happens to the buyer once they've made their sale. That's all they care about. It's not fair.Beware, try to buy from a city close to you so can have more contact (I didn't know there was a 401 close to me) If you have any other means to buy a vehicle I would try first before going through 401 auto. They do not care. $3000 is a lot of money to pay for repairs ( not my fault) on top of what I have to pay for the car.

The sales manager Dani Matar and the finance manager Ana got me approved with amazing interest rate and great biweekly payments with no money down( while previous dealerships asked for $2000- $3800). I want to start off by saying all staff were amazing with their customer service and offering to help. But unfortunately due to our current situation with a vehicle already purchased through 401 auto at another location they were not able to assist us in solving our current situation. Having been misinformed multiple times with unobtainable promises has now soured our outlook on the company face as a whole.
