Massage Heights Shepard Regional

All n all my experiences have been good with Massage heights. The therapists all have their own styles some I’m fond of some not so much. As for the chain, my only complaint is the prices seem to change with out me being notified. I started out paying 60.00 and now we’re at $90. Nonetheless will call that inflation. But it would be great to have email notification.

I love coming here to get my massages. The therapists are great and customer service is fantastic. In particular Tahani who works at the desk is always positive and helpful, has great customer care.

Would not recommend Massage Heights. Plenty of other options with better treatment of clients/customers.When you sign up for a monthly plan, I expect to pay that amount. I don't take kindly to being told there are extra charges for that massage" AFTER my massage has been completed.Then when you go to your insurance to process's the claim

I’m not a fan of MH’s policies or memberships & there’s routinely (like every time), add ons, quid pro quos, up sales etc…. However, the MT I book with is so lovely & so great!!! I really only stay with them because of Tiki. When she leaves, I will follow.

The therapist Beverley Trumpet isn’t professional nor competent of doing massages , I got sciatica and thumb twist which never happened before. I asked the therapist in the middle of the session to go 60 min instead of 90 as I just want to leave .They charged me extra 15 min over the 60 min although explaining the situation. The funny thing Im their customer and have a membership with them.

This place needs to re review there customer policies. Completely unacceptable and I will be making sure I spread this around because it's absolutely grotesque what transpired here.I had to reschedule due to my gf being sick. I was told I'd be charged 50% of the fee due to canceling within 24 hours.I said, I can't help this as she's sick so she can't make it in. I'm sure you wouldn't want someone sick to come in." To which I was told "she can still come in we follow alberta health guidelines."So based on this they're completely okay having sick people in the room with the massage therapists. Which is absolutely wrong and makes me question sanitary policy at this location.I found someone to take my spot because I'm not going to be charged anything and I want to ensure my slot goes to something good but I would not recommend this place.Better yet the manager calls me and says "don't worry we found someone for your spot."It was me...I found the spot and they are charging my account. So thanks for nothing.Lastly they changed massage therapists on me and didn't even notify me.The only thing I can say is that the massage therapist Kennell is great. Probably didn't spell her name right but she's great.Unfortunately the cost

Pay for an hour- get 45 minutes at best..plus some rather inappropriate conversation.When asked how they can recover my horrible experience, they just ask me to come back again and pay for ANOTHER massage..No thank you!Head down the road to Mahogany Massage and get a real massage!

I go here on a monthly basis and my massage therapist, Katie, is awesome! The rooms aren't very sound proof, so as people roam through the halls and open & close doors that sound travels into the massage rooms quite a bit. Other than that it's a great spot!

I’ve loved my experience at Massage Heights. So many therapists to choose from, all very attentive and they listen carefully to ensure the massage addresses any pain/discomfort. Very clean and calm atmosphere, and the elevations are wonderful. I’ve tried several of them and have loved them all. Great value, especially with a membership.

Excellent service! I recently moved to Calgary and have been seeing Vlajimeer Rutaquio every 2 weeks for the past few months for a shoulder injury. He is the best massage therapist I have ever had. I've seen many massage therapist over the years both in the UK and in Canada, he is by far the best. I highly recommend Massage Heights and Vlajimeer Rutaquio.
