This was my first accident and they walked me through the whole process, made it super stress-free, answered all my calls (even if I felt they were stupid) and overall just an amazing experience. Had a great experience with this company. Very professional and dropped off a rental within an 1hr of requesting it. Initially, they gave me a car rental very similar to mine but changed it to a higher end car rental. As my insurance company was not being able to cover the high end car rental cost, I- Peferred Rentals gave it for the same price! As result, was able to familiarize myself with the new cars. Would highly recommend this company to everyone!

Total Scam. They are in cahoots with the towing company. Rent you a used car at rates way above regular car companies. They add a day to the charge, and then add a cancellation" charge when you return the car
