I am not sure weather upper management is aware about staffing levels of this restaurant.I am regular customer for this location but since last few months service is falling apart day by dayAlways shirt staffAlways wait in productEvening staff is pretty good to take care of customers but I feel bad for employees who always work under pressure and under staffed.I been to location almost every second day ,in day time entire staffing level feel like lost, they always have many people who stand and talk in their language,I start coming evening recently because evening staff at least treat customers in good way and always on top of customers service,last week I heard some left was yelling on customer,that was patheticI really hope labor court to have a look on employee satisfaction and scheduling labor code, I work for city and definitely I will draw attention on how many people should work and actual staffing level for thisnl location. I understand international students need work to survive but as a Canadian if any organizations taking advantage of their situation is against law. Why McDonald keep more staff why star bucks keep more staff and why KFC asking employees to work multiple job rather than giving them more staff . This massage going on google and all social platforms. KFC store manager and upper management fix staffing issue and keep customers happy

Absolutely horrible service, never support this establishment, you are wasting time and money and may end up in hospital with food poisoning or Salmonella .#kfccanada #kfcqueenstreet could care less, made no attempt to resolve the issue, absolutely rude service over the phone a d no degree of trying to be civil worked.There service and food is disgusting, buy from anywhere else . Never support this KFC... EVER !!!!

If an order for customer is delaying more than certain time, it is advisable to make them wait in parking to proceed with next customer.. I have waited more than 15 mins in the drive thru which is worst in the concept of doing drive thru.. please grow up

Tried calling so that I could make sure they can provide the pieces in my Uber order I want before putting order through. Tried 3 times rang and rang till I got disconnected. The 4th time they picked up and took off hook so when I tried a 4th time it was busy. CONCLUSION IS THEY ARE NEVER GETTING MY BUSINESS AGAIN!!!

I have ordered KFC for many years and I use to love their chicken. I ordered delivery and the last 3 times the chicken was absolutely horrible. It was the same location every time Queen and Kennedy in Brampton. I don’t usually do reviews but this finally deserved it. Was gross spent 70 dollars and threw most of the chicken out. Was soggy not even crispy at all. Tasted like they never change their grease. Than I get an email to say sorry for a small popcorn chicken

The fact that this place is still open in spite of having some of the worst service and quality of Kentucky fried chicken in existence is beyond me. Not only did I just get refunded for a basically frozen cold zinger burger while they were TRYING to telling me it was because of the lettuce and mayo (that doesn’t explain the bread and chicken inside being cold) but the staff could barely even speak English, making the whole ordeal even worse and more time wasted. I have few things in life that I’m certain about, one of them is that I will NEVER come back to this KFC in my life, neither should any of you.

Absolutely disgusting. Picked up family bucket, batter on chicken wet not cooked, super greasy, not crispy. The light spots is wet batter. I didn't take photo but the coleslaw side was only halfway full.can get better fried chicken at grocery store sitting under a heat lamp. First time I have ordered and returned it for Money Back. KFC quality has gone downhill, non existing.
