I purchased the round trip ticket with an option of fully refundable option, but when I need to change my return flight, I was told it is not refundable. All the changes has to be made before the initial flight including the return flight. They didn't put this requirement at the visible place, and I totally didn't find out until I tried to change my return flight. I cannot find a customer service phone number to call I give it a zero for rating of this company.

Usually fly threw them expected me to take a two hour flight that turned into a 12 hour layover then 24 canceled my trip because I was going for 4 days, gave me a credit now getting flack for having to use the same yucky airlines. I have now contacted the better business bureau. It's should be such a Hassle. deactivating my account after this. Not worth the hassle. Just think of all the free miles and money they have gotten from all of us. STAY FAR AWAY

Horrible!!!! Never book with this app again. I should have checked the reviews before booking. I felt robbed. No communication channel if there is concerns and issues. I needed to contact them for their mistake and I could not get a hold of them. The worst travel experience I ever encountered with a 3rd party agency. Garbage!!! Scam!!!

They will FIND every excuse NOT to REFUND your hard-earned money, there are numerous consumer's complaints regarding overcharges, NO CUSTOMER service contact by phone/chat info, They QUICKLY respond to upset consumer's posted complaints, but will CHARGE YOU for live & fast responses for technical services & issues, THEY WILL NOT RESOLVE THE ISSUES with bad experiences from the app glitches, being overcharged, double booking, missing funds, false advertisements, deposits not applied to purchases from their google app. They're misleading, & are NOT providing services they CLAIM to offer. Never using or referring again !!! DO YOUR RESEARCH 1st.

Splashed out on a 2 bed suite and when I got to the hotel only had a standard room for me. Inconveniently the Hopper confirmation email did not specify the room type (just 1 room") and so I was unable to prove to the hotel that I booked a 2 bed suite. Then I find out you can't call Hopper! No phone number and no email! What an absolutely terrible idea this app is - if I was Capital One or other investors I would be dumping this stock ASAP"

Great discounts and you are quick to resolve issues. I love it don't change a thing. Well maybe one. Create better customer service. A better way of contacting customer support either on the phone or chat cause I tried the phone and it was out of service. So all in all great app

1 star, but I’m giving ZERO. PLEASE NEVER BOOK WITH THEM. Complete scam company. Absolutely no customer service. Something important came up on our side and we had to cancel our flight. We canceled within 24h, which is THE LAW TO GET FULL REFUND. We confirmed with the airline that we were allowed our full refund and they confirmed (multiple times) but Hopper was the one that needed to cancel with them and give us our money back. Unfortunately Hopper never assisted us with that. We exchanged dozens of emails in which they always have a different reason why they would not refund us (none made sense - we were 100000% within our rights).

NEVER GONNA USE THIS APP AGAIN! Zero consumer service.I booked a flight with them and for some reason, I had to cancel my booking, and I got a quote from the app, and they sent me an email saying we are happy your ticket is qualified to get future credit for the value of the ticket, and it recommended to check the policy with the airline as well. I called Delta and they confirmed I would receive credit equal to the full price of my tickets. So, I proceeded with cancelation via the app, but they gave me just $15 instead of $130!The worse part is there is no one in the support team to talk to! They ask you to pay $15 if you wanna talk with a live agent!!! If not, the only way of contact is via email and you have to wait hours/days to get a response from someone from India! Long story short, after sending out more than 10 emails and wasting my time with 5 different agents, they did not accept to refund of the credit! I asked several times to talk to a manager, but they did not care. 100% a scam company

This app is a scam. I booked a flight on Hawaiian Airlines through Hopper which I needed to cancel because of Covid symptoms. Hopper's confirmation emails and app both say that any changes must be made through the airline, but when I called the airline, they say any changes must be made through Hopper because the flight was booked through Hopper. Basically, it's an endless loop for Hopper to evade the responsibility of customer service. The worst part of all: there is NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT phone number or chat feature or email address! There is NO way to contact anybody! Search the app and all you'll see is ridiculous instructions that all lead you to nowhere and back again, never giving you any information! So sure, you may be able to book a flight for a *slightly* discounted rate, but god forbid you need to make changes. Just consider it a donation to these scammers.

Horrible customer service. Send out several emails throughout the last 2 weeks never got a response used the freeze price option and got charge twice once for the freeze 252$ and once for 730$ For the actual ticket. On top of that they charge 45$ For a live chat???? What kind of company is that. Take that few dollar of saving and book through a real travel company
