Amazing job. I have all white carpets and had several pet and various stains, plus dirt sitting in my carpet. They completely made my floors look brand new! I was amazed at how well they pulled out all the stains I worried they wouldn’t have been able to. Not to mention how friendly and helpful they were, also done in a very timely manner. Super impressed with their work, and for a good price. Will be referring my friends and family to this company!

Excellent rug cleaning in Taylor, MI! After I delivered 2 rugs to their business, I decided that the 9 X 14 oriental rug also needed to be cleaned. They came the next day and picked it up. Within 10 days all three rugs were delivered to my apartment, rolled and ready for the move. When I inquired about paying for the third rug, I was informed that the three rugs were included in the coupon and that I owed only for the smallest rug. What a pleasant surprise. Plus I received a very nice thank you from the business. Great carpet cleaning service!

Just purchased a new house, and needed the carpet cleaned bad. Was able to get a fast appointment, so I gave them one star. Otherwise I was not satisfied with the cleaning at all. I was at work when they came, when I got home my house smelled like wet carpet, no fresh scent even though he stated they “use soap in their water.” I called the next day because EVERY spot was there when it dried. He stated it was called “wicking” or something, and that it causes the stain to pop up, from the carpet drying from the root up. Suggested I scrub each spot with a wet cloth an see if comes out. Never got a follow up call or anything. Went out and bought a $150 bissell proheat carpet cleaner, and it picked up so much dirt and residue from the carpet, the water was very dirty. Posted pictures of the water below. Could’ve save myself the $100 I wasted an just did it myself like ended up having to do. I don’t know what they did but it didn’t clean my carpet just wet it. Would not recommend them to anyone.

Very pleased with K & K Carpet Cleaning. They were on time, went right to work, took extra care to get smoke and stains out of our carpet and at an affordable and fair price. Would absolutely recommend them and will have them back to clean our furniture after we finish our move.

We called K&K for an estimate. I talked with him earlier in the day 12:30pm. He was very charming. He stated that he would call me back in 30 minutes. He showed up at 2:00pm, pulled up into the driveway. because another company was here giving an estimate he drove off. I called him and asked why he left. He started to “scold me” I put him on speaker phone so my husband could listen. K&K he then proceeded to tell me that he’s not going to drive around to find another contractor at the job. K&K was called to give an estimate!!This guy was unreal. He flipped like a light switch. Good luck dealing with this bipolar guy

Would recommend this great, friendly service to everyone!These guys came out when no one else would at Christmas. Water lines busted the night before and we came in this morning to find water standing everywhere. They even came back in between multiple other jobs during the day to check to make sure the floors were drying and that we don't get mildew.

Friendly, professional, affordable, and quick to get the job done. Kris did a fantastic job on my carpets! Will absolutely hire them again when I need a job well done.

Majestic carpet clean in Taylor, MI! We are extremely satisfied with the service provided by K & K Carpet Cleaning. The service is prompt, courteous and professional. We have had all the carpets in our house cleaned as well as some upholstery and the quality of rug cleaning is excellent – far better than other cleaning companies we have used. Some of our carpets were badly stained and now look like new. When arranging an appointment, phone calls are promptly returned and the cleaner arrives precisely on time. The house is left immaculate. We would strongly recommend K & K Carpet Cleaning and their rug cleaning to other customers.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. I called several different places and Kevin (owner) quoted me the cheapest out of them all and I now know why. Got it cleaned" yesterday. And I came back home to a very slightly cleaner carpet and I'm being generous here. I never leave reviews so I'm genuinely upset by what a horrible job him and I'm assuming his wife did. There are still spots and stains EVERYWHERE. They didn't even move my dining room table or glider in my living room to clean underneath which absolutely blows my mind. In fact it doesn't look like they cleaned my dining area at all. My stairs are still pretty stained and nothing smelled clean even though they claim to use soap. Made the mistake of paying them upfront so I could run some errands while they cleaned. Otherwise I would not have paid for this job. You get what you pay for has never been more true in this case. Got scammed for $135 and I'll be spreading the word about this company so others will not be fooled. He seemed like a nice enough guy but I honestly can't understand how they've been doing this 30 years and can leave a job like this and think it's good enough for a first time paying customer. I haven't called and I probably won't because according to the other bad reviews I would be wasting my time."

Kevin did a great job.I had Jeff’s Carpet cleaning scheduled the day before.. he never showed up, never called, never returned voicemails or texts.Kevin even followed up the next day.Very satisfied with K & K service, price and results.
