I got stuck in Quebec with little to no french, Lussier dealership not only helped me sort things out....they were fantastic! From the admin staff getting our hotel, to Michael Menard taking care of our scrapped car, we were so impressed with their customer service. I have worked with GM for over 15 yrs and would never trust a GM dealership till I met this one. Their staff put us first and went well above and beyond to make us feel comfortable!! Thank you Michael Menard and all the staff at Lussier GM for everything, you made a horrible situation tolerable for sure!

A 2007, GMC Sierra 1500. Went for an airbag recall on the passenger side. GM has been pestering me by mail for over a year and a half. Finally decided to get it done. The guy forgot" to take a picture before his work. He cracked the dash on the top left corner where the airbag cover is (where he worked). Now he pretends it was already cracked because it is a common issue with these trucks. I own this truck since 2007. Never had this issue and the dash wasn't cracked when I left them my truck. Now I am the liar
