What is the point of nexus?Phone for customs? The phone is not operational!Phoned in ahead of our arrival, on hold for 1 and half hour. To be told you have to call when you are at customs dock! Then called again on hold, for another hour!You guys need to learn from US customs! Much more efficient.Pretty disgraceful on Canada side.
