Ariana is incredible; working with her has pushed me to try things I never thought I could do - and succeed! Her small group training is especially good if you’re just starting out with exercise - everyone is super supportive, you still get lots of personal tailored coaching and you will push yourself. I’ve been working with her for two years 1:1 and now in group training and it’s one of the best things I’ve done.

My first session with Ariana was incredibly beneficial. Not only was a beautiful, soft, self paced, but it was so well supported. Ariana is tuned in and makes the perfect guide. I was able to let go some deep rooted emotions I wasn’t aware I was holding on to. This is a great way to show up for youself if you need some guidance and or support. Can’t wait for the next one!

I've trained with Ariana for almost two years. She does not only help me with workouts, but also provides many professional and doable suggestions to help building up the knowledge.The main reason for me to get personal training help was because of my lower back pain. As a desk worker with minimum exercises, my lower back pain was developing. The workouts put together by Ariana were always slightly challenging, but I always felt great after each of them.
