Good looking shoes but they hurt so bad. I can't wear their high heels and the material is cheap. but it is not designer shoes so I won't give a bad rate. 4 stars cause they look good

Tried to return a pair of shoes two days in a row… the first day they had to close due to computer problems and the next day they were closing the doors as I arrived, even though the website said they were suppose to be open for another 2 hours.I expressed my disappointment to the sales person and she didn’t even know what to say except “oh, I don’t know…”

Walked in today, the store was empty and I was not greeted. I stood there holding a shoe I wanted to try on, beside 2 employees that were busy loudly gossiping about another employee it seemed. I walked out. I actually took the time to write a review because if I had 2 employees I would expect them to be doing the basics of their work at the very least.
