Vadim provides great service. I just purchase a house from his client, who is a 80+ years old lady. Vadim personally came with a garbage removal team to help the elder seller out, to have the house clean for the closing. Great service.

We worked with Vadim to sell our late parents' house. He was excellent. He was clear and realistic at all times and always easy to reach. Our process was a bit complicated because we were travelling during the sale, but that did not set him back. I would recommend him, particularly for the neighbourhood (Bathurst/Sheppard in Toronto) where he specializes.
