I went here thinking it would be the easiest and fastest way that I could get my late mother's car insured in my name. My goal is to get it in order to sell as part of her estate. I called a head and asked what documents I would need and was told: copy of the will and a copy of the death certificate". When I arrived I was told that all the documents were wrong and one clerk started reading the contents of my mother's will. I asked him to stop reading the will and told him that it is none of his business. He then told me to calm down. I left that time with no insurance and with a deep anger and regret for letting them ruffle through my papers and then question the authenticity of them.I decided to get all the documents in order as per what the rude nosey gentleman had told me to do the day before. I even went to a different London drugs thinking maybe it would be better. Unfortunately I was wrong. I had the misfortune of having to deal with the same mistrust and being told that I have the wrong documents. This customer care rep was the manager. She did almost everything in her power to ensure that I was not going to leave there with the proper insurance. Finally after being on the phone with what I assumed was ICBC for 20 minutes. She began working on and writing up the insurance. She then told me that:" we don't do this all the time so I have to make sure your not trying to do something wrong". Both times I went I know that they were acting this way because of the way I look. They thought I was trying to pull a fast one. They were terribly disrespectful. Ya I got my insurance but I will definitely never use their services again."

Unhelpful and ignorant service. I won't go back to them again.Their closing time was listed as 10:00 PM, which is why I chose them in the first place. But when I arrive at 9:45 PM, they said they shut off their computers for the day and wouldn't serve me. I asked them to restart the computer as its a quick task and that my insurance expires at the end of the day and they then changed their answer and said they don't do renewals 30 minutes before closing time. Then why not state your hours at 9:30 and spare people from coming to your location?? Total waste of time.In the end, I went to another insurance agent the next day and they did the task in under 10 minutes. So glad that I didn't use these clowns.With so much competition, this outlet is making some major missteps. If you are going to be that lazy and useless , while others will do your job much better than you, it simply won't bode well for you long-term.

I’ve been sent away twice now due to the man not wanting to work. The first time was because he didn’t want to be on hold with icbc about cancelling my insurance. The second time (tonight) was because I needed some help with some insurance paperwork as I’m a newish car owner and he said he can’t help.

Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Was told it was the law for all roommates to be included on my insurance (Obviously not true) whether or not they drove the car. Rude and dismissive, could not answer questions properly. Just spoke over the questions saying 'no no no no no' without properly listening. The two employees seemed more annoyed with each other and taking it out on the customers.There used to be a very nice Indian man who was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. However, this time it was two older employees who were just the absolute worst.Pressured to add other people to my insurance and lied to for the reasoning. I wonder if there is more commission based on the number of people per policy.

Don’t think I’ll do my insurance here anymore. While they have been good when I finally get up to the counter unfortunately on multiple occasions when I come the customer in front of me has something complex going on and with only 1 person working it can be a VERY long wait. In the future I’m going somewhere else with more than 1 staff on duty.

Zero stars. Absolutely horrid customer service. Called at 7:55pm to make sure the location is indeed open until 9pm as I was looking to complete transfer of ownership. The man on the telephone started to yell at me that their ICBC support ends at 8pm and that no agent would be able to help me. He ranted while yelling at me for about five minutes then said he was busy and had to go, and hung up... I managed to ask one question and was yelled at the entire time. Avoid this place like the plague, they obviously hate their jobs.

It was between this and allwest, both have older member's who take forever to do the simplest asks, and add in their 2 cents.I was enlightened that when I cancel my insurance, I cannot be driving my motorcycle to the mall, cancelling my insurance and driving back, when I was clearly not riding at that time.Thank you Sherlock I would never have guessed.

Opens till 10 pm, last order for car transfer is 9:30. The gentleman there was nice and helpful. Bring in your tools for installing/replacing your plates.Receiving electronic documents via email took like 15 mins, and printing documents took like 5-10 mins.

I usually take the negative reviews with a grain of salt. I can tell you from experience that I believe them all to be true. Save yourself the headache and just go somewhere (anywhere) else!

The older lady behind the desk, I believe she is the manager, has really poor customer service skills. If you don't enjoy your job, or are having a bad day, it does not give you the right to be rude to others.Going by the other comments, it seems that the instance I had was not a one-time occurrence. ICBC, please give her a lesson on customer service, or replace her. Nobody has time to deal with this lady's poor attitude or lack of respect for other people. I will go to another insurance broker.
