They double booked my appointment and were short staffed but went out of their way to still get my taxes and refund done on time. I was still in and out in 10 minutes. Very impressed

My experience was very helpful, I am new to the adulting thing and Eric was very patient with me and very kind about explaining all the terms that I didn’t understand, the wait wasn’t to bad my only feedback is maybe get these lovely employees some fidget toys since they are sitting and being patient all day.

I've been to a few H&R Blocks and this one by far was the best experience I've had. They were quick and upfront and very polite. This other H&R block tried charging my $350 for just my 2019 return and said there was extra paper work I needed to fill out since I had started a business which didn't make sense because I started it in 2020 and they said I still need to declare it?? Honestly think they were trying to just charge me more however this branch didn't try tricking me at all my bill was only 112 bucks and my return was $300 more than what the other branch said it would be. Very happy with this branch, would definately recommend!

-100000000 stars is what this place deserves. The receptionist is beyond rude and has no idea what she's talking about. Bc if them I haven't gotten any of my gst and now my climate rebate bc they messed up my direct deposit. GO ELSEWHERE!

I will never return to H & R Block again. This location managed to mess up not only mine but my boyfriends taxes as well. I have now missed out on certain benefits from the government all year because I have been fighting since March to have to corrected. I have had to go out of my way to send mail and proof to the cra that I haven't moved out of province due to a careless mistake from the staff here. When I advised them of the error they wouldn't do anything without me driving the 40 min back to the office for them to fix their error. Extremely disappointed and caused me months and months of headaches.

LINDA!! I can't stress enough how helpful she was! This is my usual location for getting my taxes done and I had 3 years worth of taxes to catch up on this year. Plus with all the CERB and EI business in the last year I was concerned my taxes would be a nightmare.She killed it! and reassured me its not as scary as I had imagined it to be.Linda went above and beyond what I could ever ask from an agent. I'm serious when I say go see Linda and tell them Dan sent you.
