Neil's Flowers and Greenhouses.

Hired for a wedding , flowers were beautiful however the arrangements for the bouquets were not correct , when contacted they told us to come back to Kingston from napanee and they would fix them. Not much of a solution last minute day of the wedding to spend two hours driving to get their mistake fixed on a 730$ flower order . Guess that’s not enough money for quality serviceUltimately the only one who knows the arrangements were wrong are us. The event looked beautiful , just disappointed with the lack of responsibility Neil’s take for their work !

Last week my family sent an arrangement to a friend after the death of a loved one. When they arrived she sent me a picture and I was very disappointed in the condition and look of the flowers. Roses were starting to wilt and other flowers were starting to fall off the stems. In addition the colors used were not what was requested. This was a $154.00 arrangement. When I called I spoke with the staff member who put this arrangement together, she was argumentative, interrupted me, and actually asked if I wanted them to go and pick up the flowers.Not great customer service.

They took my credit card payment then emailed me to tell me there had been a problem: it took them two days to reply to me, on the day before delivery, to let me know there was no problem. On delivery day, they phoned to tell me the flowers would be delivered within an hour and I had to call them back over 2 hours later to discover that their driver had been delayed. I am presumably going to eventually receive these flowers, but I won't be ordering from Neil's again.

I was sent flowers and had the most wonderful experience with Neil’s. They called me several times (I was away from my phone) + texted to make sure I could arrange for a time that worked for me. Even though they closed at 5, they kindly delivered my flowers later that evening and they were gorgeous. Amazing service!

I highly recommend buying your flowers from Neil’s Flowers !I ordered my flowers from a third party which turned out good for me as they had Neil flowers put my order together. The site l went to said it was a local family business, but they were a business from the US !If you need to purchase flowers local ( Kingston)Give your money to your flower shops . I was very lucky that Neil's put together a beautiful arrangement for a family member. I didn’t realize I made money for a third party , the flower shop that puts the effort and time and delivery are the ones that deserve the money and credit ! I’m lucky it went to a business that cares for their business and their customers. I do believe it was the owner who explained everything to me Thanks for your time and patience. And thank you for making a beautiful arrangement. It’s was what I was expecting and you put it together going by a picture that wasn’t even do with your business. Thanks again

The people that work at this shop are so incredibly kind, helpful and friendly. I was only in to grab a bouquet, but these lovely workers made my day.

I've been going to Neil's Flowers for years and have not had an issue until now. Bought a dozen of red roses for my partner for Valentines day (2023-02-13) and they are already dying. They usually last much longer, at least 2-3 weeks. This should not be the case for the amount I was charged and paying more per stem of babies breath. I'm a little upset at this as it was not cheap but the quality is..
