Nice people to talk to , literally no effort or action . Started the process in March, had all the information and measurements for replacement in April, multiple calls and emails , and today was AGAIN told that my file would be pulled and see about getting it assigned. If you might need a replacement consider someone with a better process.Edit: March 7th first email, currently July 6 with no resolution.

Great dealing with Golden Window crew, they are easy to work with and they do a great job assisting with your build.

Totally unprofessional, ignorant and really better to avoid dealing with.I had a simple job of installing 6 door-screens. After 3 months of waiting for them to come to install them on site they started by coming late to their appointment window which was 8:00 Am to 12:00 PM. Still came late at 1:00 PM we their technician, Adam, arrived today 29 June.Adam started unprofessional installation of only one screen then started complaining about the window frames. Unfortunately, it was his bad and inexperienced installation not the size as the screen was falling easily. When I told him this, he just left and said I won't install for you.Another intolerable and bad privacy hijacking, Adam forgot his tool box inside my house when left. Then, after 15 minutes of him leaving the area he cam back and, imagine this, entered my house without permission!!!! Can you imagine that? Golden Windows enter my house where I and the family are living without permission. Is the tools box more valuable to Golden Windows than people's privacy!!! Furthermore, I haven't checked yet if there are missing items form the house which is unusual thought, unfortunately, I saw no respectful behaviors to make me think otherwise.Can you imagine dealing with such unprofessional and an ethical company at all levels after the long wait for a simple job!!!?

Pathetic company, service never calls me back. Have left them endless voicemails. The builder sent them an email and calls too. NO RESPONSE. Trash company, zero customer service

Between not submitting and preparing my order, to attempting to blame a potential customer for their mistake - I'm surprised to still see this company in business. Their lack of care for their customers is unbelievable. I never received any windows or doors, but if their quality of their service speaks to the quality of their product - run. Do yourself a favour and skip past Golden Windows Ltd., as they're just going to waste your time.

Very happy with the price, the product, and the service. Quinton was helpful through out the sale and Patrick and his crew did a great job! I highly recommend Golden for windows and doors.

Just had a four pane bay window and four bedroom/bath windows replaced. All windows as ordered and installation was great. Thanks to Quinton Ryan for putting together the quote and keeping us informed through the manufacture and delivery. Thanks to Patrick and his team for a great installation. In particular their great communication of what was being done, flexibility with the install and their professionalism throughout.

built a home this summer..screen doors measured wrong! left the ones that didnt fit in garage and three months later NO ONE has bothered to rectify this . and they are already paid for.. will call and see if anyone bothers to fix this situation. obviously they dont seem to care about their mistake since no one has yet to reach out to us

Quinton and Patrick were easy to deal with and knowledgable. Windows were ready and installed quickly without issue. Office was able to help with energy rebate application, overall great experience
