Some Dealerships get a bad rap, but I always trust my vehicle to Uxbridge Ford, they fix it right every time and I know the staff works tirelessly to make sure all aspects of the experience are top notch. Even when they are busy, which is a good sign, they never disappoint and go above and beyond. I have had bad experiences and hear people complain about their troubles with other shops…. But I know I have found a Gem!!! Thank you to the entire team at Uxbridge Ford!!!

Disgusting experience, yesterday morning early I went there the guy said leave it here, he will call me today afternoon, they close at 5, I live very far, I called him at 3, he told me he had to do the appointment first, so I have to wait but how long who knows, because he gets appointments everyday. The attitude and the way he treated me it’s just speechless, he doesn’t really care.

Purchased my truck from this dealer just over a year ago. I’m not impressed with the service department. The billing is inconsistent, and there seems to be a lack of attention to detail.

I have giving this dealership too many chances regarding their service department. Randy the service advisor has made every experience there terrible. His unprofessional service and lack of communication has left me waiting for weeks to have my vehicle repaired. Parts ordered and not notified that they were in, and false quotes given with condescending comments. The lack of effort and communication makes it hard to support local businesses like this.
