Kayo is a great guy who will give you good advice on any repairs/maintenance needed. He provided great value for what I paid, and did work well beyond what I had expected from him.I definitely recommend calling them if you need duct cleaning or furnace service (I got both done from them).

The Service company did the work a day after booking. They arrived promptly on schedule. Our 15 ducts and 3 Return Air vents were fully cleaned over about two hours. The work was professionally done, and Kayo, the technician, explained everything that he was doing. Kayo was careful not to damage our house and left our house very tidy after doing the work. His pricing was competitive. We highly recommend the company and would not hesitate to use again. His company also cleaned our rugs as well and we were happy with his rug cleaning job as well.

He did bathroom vent duct cleaning, all the way to the opening outside, in a high-rise condo. He used a big and powerful air pressure machine, which pushed all the slime out. He informed in advance of the cost and about the potential limitations, that the smell might not come out, or the duct might be unreachable.He was able to come the same day, just a couple of hours after we talked. He gave me a one hour window and arrived on time as promised.He was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained things that I would never have thought about.After he was gone, the bad smell from the fan was gone.The price was fair too.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. I had my dryer vents cleaned out previously by a company my strata hired out. The job was done while I was at work. Needless to say, they did a very poor job and caused my vents to be blocked and retain water. I had thought my dryer was the issue at first. Kayo was able to book me in the next day and the job itself was very quick and thorough. I won't be going with the company my strata hires from now on.

Kayo is amazing! He did an amazing job cleaning and restored my carpet to its original color. His prices are reasonable, and equipment is top-notch. Worth every penny!I am very satisfied with his service. He is very professional, fast and provides a great customer service. I definitely would recommend his services.

Kayo was great! He arrived on the day we called as we needed someone right away...he did a complete job and recommended everything we needed to get done...he also took the time needed to do the job correctly. I really appreciated him getting into the nooks and crannies and making sure everything was safe. Will definitely recommend him to my friends and family. Thanks again Kayo.
