I had Wok Box once a few years ago and I liked it. Recently, I ordered noodles and crispy chicken. I wouldn’t return to Wok Box. For starters, there were no vegetables at all in it which surprised me for that price range but wasn’t a big deal (I thought the portion size and taste would make up for this, spoiler, it didn’t). Right when I opened the box, I was disappointed, the portion size felt like a rip off. The “regular” container is not even close to half full. I’m not sure why they use such a large container to barely fill it and make it look empty? For over 14 bucks, this was not even remotely close to worth it. As for the taste, it wasn’t very good. It wasn’t bad… but it was meh, tasted like frozen dinner chicken. I’ve had better chicken bites made at home from the freezer. Not much flavour in the food either at all. I definitely would not return, I’m shocked they are still going with such low quality food, high prices, and small portions sizes (three strikes)! Staff seemed nice though, friendly.Photo of the food before eating any:

-Horrible overall.-Ordered online but no delivery option.-We came back to pick up the missing order in the bag although they repeated the orders in front of you.-Food were cold, tasteless and portions were unbelievably small.-How in the world you going to eat a tasteless plain noodles with absolutely no sauce and veggies?-We spent almost $60 on orders and they were all thrown in the garbage! Kids were unhappy and still hungry.-0 star for customer service, food and price!

Great food, decently priced. Small but good atmosphere inside (considering the fast food nature) if you choose to stay in. Consistent quality and adjustable spice level for those who like a little less or more than average.

Tonight I had an amazing service, everyone was so polite and pateint with me, even though they were going though a big dinner rush. My cachier was this younger girl with dark brown hair, unfortunaly I cannot remember her name but she was so kind and helpful and was amazing at her job! I oreded the teriyaki noodles but made veagn and it were amazing.The chefs and the man who gave me my food was also incredibly nice and gave great customer service. I'll definilty be coming back soon:)

Love love this place!!! Drive in from Ottawa after hearing about this place while living in gta. Came in and ordered in the wok box!! Staff went above and beyond to make sure we had the full experience!!! A must!!

Pho had no bean sprouts, noticed odd taste eating beef and noodles, when just had the broth it tasted overwhelmingly like soap. They offered a credit but I’m surprised they didn’t tell that they were out of sprouts. Don’t want to come back.

owner and his wife is rude and unfair to staff. food is not even great! slow service. air conditioning never working and always 1000 degrees in the building. owner fires staff with no reasons given and treats them badly
