At one time we praised this place but fear the service is not what it used to be. We took some hoses in to get a connection issue resolved; the tech was away and supposed to return soon and they would call before doing the work. Hours passed, we give up and decide to go back to the store to retrieve our items. There were the employees in question seemingly having a chat in the empty store without a care for keeping to their promise. Then made it seem as if we just didn't know how to hook up our own vacuum like idiots. Had they tried it while the items were waiting they would see the problem. We won't go back.

A quick stop shop for Repair of Vacuums. Not only Vacuums they have lots of other Electronic goods on very reasonable prices.

This guy was amazing!! He knew what was wrong just by my describing the problem. He found my part over the phone and had it waiting for me when I came. He tried to fix the broken part so I wouldn't have to pay and then gave me a different part I needed (barely used) so he gave it to me for free. Also the part I did end up paying for was cheaper than any other place in town and he was all smiles to all the people that came in. Plus He's one the best looking east indian men I've ever seen!

I purchased a used vaccuum head last fall ,it just failed . They repaired it for $60 .it was next day service but I thought it should have been under warranty ?

Bought the Miele Complete C3 plus a supply of bags and we couldn't be happier! They shipped it out to us in Calgary without issue, and even followed up with a couple videos on how to operate and take care of the vacuum. These were really important as I would not have known the bag clip disengages automatically when you open the bag compartment - I can't imagine the dust all over inside if I hadn't watched those videos!We love how great it cleans our hardwood and carpeted floors, couch, and blinds (we've yet to put it to the dog hair test, but that will be coming). And coming from an old bissell canister vacuum, I'm extremely pleased with how quiet the Miele operates. The bissell was coming to the end of it's life with how piercingly loud it ran, I'm sure.All in all, I had a great experience buying a vacuum from Rod and his team and will be buying any bag replacements from them when I run out!

The owner was helpful in finding the replacement belt I needed. He didn't mind when my one year old started to cry and helped me get out of there quickly.It's nice to have a local place to get these sorts of items.
