Dwynwyn Droppo, the owner and RMT, was outstanding. She is very knowledgeable, experienced and thoroughly effective. She is professional and treats the root of the problem. She's most pleasant and her location is neat, comfortable with plenty of parking in the back of her business. I am hesitant to highly recommend her, because it will be more difficult for me to get another appointment. Her online appointment booking is quite efficient.

The owner is THE most talented intuitive RMT I've ever had the pleasure to work with! Thanks to her expertise many injuries that I had picked up over the years were resolved allowing me to live without limitations. I've called twice during and after business hours and left a pleasant message both times that I would like to book a massage and both times no one called me back. My laptop is broken so I cannot book my ownappointments. This is terrible service for a new customer. As a practioner myself I can't understand how a professional might be so neglectful. Neglect occurring once I can maybe" understand however twice

Dwynwyn is an incredibly skilled and knowledgeable therapist, and I say therapist because masseuse simply doesn't do her justice. I'm a new patient to her and I will never go anywhere else now. I can't say I've ever had a bad experience with a massage BUT I have never felt my muscles respond so positively to a treatment before. Everything from the heat packs to make the muscles more pliable to the gentle but firm manipulation and stretching of the muscles for optimal relief of my fibromyalgia pain. I cannot say enough good things about her. Try her for yourself and you'll see. I have recommended my daughter and my entire office to her and so far, everyone agrees.

Spend a few months in Ridgeway, prior to coming here I hurt my L.knee, couldn't bend it, couldn't walk as far as I used too. It was very frustrating and after searching for a RMT I found RMT-Medic. Her website impressed me and I visited her. Dwynwyn has been extremely helpful, the massage helped, and the exercises she gave me really made a difference. Each consecutive massage helped, continuing the exercises have made a huge difference. Two months later I am pain free and she has taught me so much about how to keep physically active.
