We met Esayas at the Home Show. We were in the market for an outdoor kitchen and BBQ set up. He talked us through the process, made sure we ordered what we needed. Today the installation was completed by Rob and Tristan. Everything has gone smoothly. Thank you all.

We got the pool service from this company, when they did the pool opening, the guy didn’t place the pomp cap properly and half of the water we filed in, leaked out and I had to pay extra to refill the water in once again. When I called and informed them about that they didn’t even care. 2 months after closing the pool I noticed the cover dropped in the pool, I called and informed them they said we shouldn’t touch anything otherwise insurance will not cover it and wait till weather gets better and when weather got better they just simply ignored us and never answered the call and emails.You can see the before and after closing also current pictures of the pool.I emailed them these pictures as they requested but they didn’t even bother to reply neither follow up.not recommending

Bought myself a Traeger from them during a boat shoe sale. Super responsive, explained everything clearly, and when I went to pick it up the staff was friendly and helped my carefully load into my vehicle.They had a nice selection of pellets and bbq seasoning.Thanks for everything!

We went to Dolphin Pools & BBQ'S based off of a referral from friends & family and we left super impressed. We were in the market for a BBQ and also interested in a fire table and Napoleon was a brand that we had heard great things about. The service that we received from Jeff from the moment we walked in was extremely courteous & professional. He took the time to show us different models of BBQ's that would suit our needs and discussed the different features that each one had. He also took the time to tell us how the certain brands compare to each other and how some Napoleon BBQ'S sold at other mainstream retailers are not exactly the same in terms of build quality and materials used. This was really useful information for us and allowed us to make an informed decision when it came down to the purchase of our Napoleon BBQ & fire table. With the special promotions they were offering at Dolphin Pools & BBQ'S such as free assembly, delivery and also connection & testing upon delivery, the whole buying experience was very simple. Nice space for the arts, staff is friendly, lacks a bit in the seating, it is not really comfortable, if yo are going to watch a long show/presentation it might be challenging.
