LOVE this place . Super fresh creative menu,subtle tasty, mellow music, Benoit as a manager and sommelier is fantastic . Will definitely come back soon. Btw, as a foodie from Shenzhen and Hongkong .I am not easy to impressed.Highly recommend this restaurant.

My partner and I went for an anniversary dinner and all of the food was delicious from start to finish. A lot of thought is clearly put into flavor pairings and portion size. All flavors worked together harmoniously and each course was perfectly sized so that we were just at the right level of being full without being uncomfortable. The staff is very attentive, engaging and friendly, and the seating is carefully thought out so patrons don’t feel crowded. A great venue for a special occasion.

Great food made by amazing people. Staff and chefs were very friendly and inviting. Clear to see that they care about the work they put into what they do. Would recommend Trio Restaurant for anyone looking for a nice meal with a good atmosphere.

Dining at this restaurant is not just dinner, it's an experience.....a journey that delights the senses. This is our second time visiting in a month and we will be back soon. The ingenuity and artistry that goes into creating these dishes is beyond my imagination. The dishes are so often flavours that I have never seen together before and the combinations just add an extra pop or zing that just dance in my mouth. The cocktails are next level and there seems to be a new one every time we go. I love the open kitchen and watching Mike and all the kitchen staff creating and plating the delectable dishes!! The wagyu melts in your mouth and the duck is absolutely the best I have ever tasted! And Benoit, the Restaurant Manager, is beyond amazing right from his warm and welcoming greeting, his plate descriptions, his cheerful, perfectly timed and gracious service to the finishing touches and the Bonne Soirée. This is definitely our go to place" for fine dining."

Benoit was an absolute pleasure and knows his wine pairings! The food tastes of passion and a story of how it came to fruition. The kitchen staff takes pride and detail for every plate served .Lots of parking on street behind .

Hands down the best culinary experience I have ever had in KW or potentially ever. The tasting menu with wine pairings was a home run. Every dish was perfectly balanced and unique. The wine pairings were very thoughtfully selected and the reason behind the selection was explained at the table. Service was incredible, atmosphere is lovely and private. Worth every dollar. Benoit is so enthusiastic about the food and wine. It is refreshing to see someone love what they do and share it with exceptional execution. Can't wait to go back!

Went for the tasting menu and wine pairing. The staff were fantastic and everything tasted amazing. Definitely worth it in all regards.The highlight of the day was the char with asparagus and hollandaise sauce paired with a chardonnay. While all dishes were excellent this was Michelin star quality.Can't wait to show others to this place.

Took the moms for mothers day brunch. Have enjoyed cuisine from Montreal food scene, Toronto, Vancouver.Overall it’s a very posh experience and the price reflects that. Ranked it a 4* because the parking is challenging for those with disability to access location, no to-go cups (we ordered cappuccino and some couldn’t finish them - we had to go back to the baby), lastly for the mothers day brunch they didn’t enforce a dress code where across from us was an individual in gym shorts and crocs and a T-shirt (looked like he rolled out of bed to go eat there).
