Vince installed our new home theatre and reorganised our house's entire speaker system. From sourcing and recommending systems that met our budget, to patiently working with our house's finicky wires until the entire surround sound system was running seamlessly, he was helpful, methodical and precise every step of the way. About nine years ago we bought and had installed by a big box store a tv audio system with surround sound which never seemed to work right even with repeated callbacks. We are not tech people and eventually gave up, even knowing that we did not get near what we paid for. Our system was very complicated and difficult to use from the time it was first installed. Recently everything just stopped working and we called Vince.We told Vince our frustrations and he systematically started diagnosing the problems while dealing with our mass of wires and cables. He was able to rewrite everything and calibrate the sound system. He left us with a new remote setup, a perfect tv picture, working dvd/cd player and wii game. Our system looks neat and tidy with all the junk wires gone. In addition to this, we now have WONDERFUL surround sound that had never worked properly before. This is the sound we were expecting when the system was initially installed.Vince will be our go-to person regarding any future audio purchases or problems. We recommended him highly as we have already done to several of our friends.
