Have always had a good experience taking my cat to this vet. They are always accommodating and manage to squeeze me in. Dr. Arik has always provided excellent care of my cat’s nail issues (he sometimes gets ingrown nails due to unusual warts he got as a stray that prevent the nail from falling out). Highly recommend.

This is THE best vet and AMAZING staff! They have always been so kind and considerate to me and my animals!  In these days of veterinary care being hard to come by, I can’t thank them enough for their reassurance and guidance. Many times, they have explained or given advice over the phone/ email when they were unable to squeeze me in short notice. They have always been very patient answering any questions i’ve had, even when they were busy.This vet is a true GEM and I can’t speak more highly about the staff really... Thank you, we feel lucky to have you care for our animals!!I always have and will continue to recommend them.

We have r to amen our 2 cats for vaccination and neutering and we couldn’t be happier with the results. They are caring and go above and beyond your expectations. Great service at reasonable prices. We definitely recommend them.

Top notch doctor and staff. Everyone is respectful, helpful and caring. One thing that could be improved is reception, they are not always available to take calls and one time there was a scheduling mishap, but doctor and other clinical staff addressed it well.I highly recommend this hospital. Your animal will get great professional care.

Nail trimming for a large, powerful and sensitive dog is stressful for my family because no groomers can take Coco. I have exhausted every resource of behavior training, all kinds of nail trim devices, toys, high-quality treats, muzzle, medication... I was upset with my family for not helping and holding Coco properly, to the point I wanted to surrender Coco after failing to trim her nail. After another mobile groomer refused Coco, I went to the vet immediately, and the receptionist was so friendly and allowed my husband to bring Coco. Honestly, I don't know how the vet can do the nails. In just 5 mins, the nails were done. What a big release for my family. Definitely, I will bring my Coco regularly for the nail trim. Millions of thanks to the central Vaughan Animal Hospital staffs.

My pet is a patient of the clinic for the past two years, and I have never been happier. The staff is friendly and always ready to help and accommodate. Doctor Arik is very professional, kind and attentive to details. They provide an excellent vet care to my mature kitty. Also, ability to interact in Russian and other languages is a bonus. I'd recommend this clinic 100%.And believe me, I wouldn't do it otherwise. In the past 13 years of having a pet in Canada, I've changed vets 5-6 times for different reasons, and in general, I'm very skeptical when it comes to vet care in Canada. But this is the first veterinary facility I'm totally satisfied with.
