BIG FAT ZERO!!!!! Still waiting for my receipt after 5 months of chasing him for one, took a week to change brake pads!! in that week he drove my car over 350 km!!! left food, garbage and TOOTH PICKS in my car!!!used a full tank of gas and gave it back to me empty!! so unprofessional

My boyfriend ran into his old time friend Andy about a year ago and decided to bring my BMW X3 to his shop for repairs....biggest mistake EVER! The BMW had been in and out of his shop from December and only been driven for about 3 weeks. Andy would do repairs and say the vehicle was driving great, yet my boyfriend would pick it up with a check engine light still or stinking of a fluid coming from the engine that made him fill the car with air freshners and drive with the windows down. He would take the car back and have to wait weeks for it to be fixed. Andy promised a rental vehicle but that never happened. This last incident has made my boyfriend furious...Andy had the BMW for 2 weeks to fix what ever problems and do an emissions test. My boyfriend paid for the part that needed to be installed and told him he needed it by Friday. Saturday comes around the car still isn't done....it didn't even have the part installed yet. My boyfriend had enough, went to pick up the BMW and found garbage all in the car!! Who does that? Extremely unprofessional to be driving a customers car around the city and eating in it. Now this wasn't just a little garbage...bags of fast food, soda cups, mc flurry cups etc. He also asked Andy for receipts for the work done and didn't mind paying the tax, Andy never provided one receipt which I'm sure is not legal! Worst customer service, my boyfriend dished out so much money to have the BMW fixed, he feels scammed and has learned a valuable lesson....never mix business and friendship because they'll just take advantage of you and only out to get your MONEY!!! My boyfriend now has to spend more money to have the part installed by a trusting mechanic who will have it done in a day not weeks. Makes me wonder if Andy even knew what he was doing with the vehicle and using personal family problems as an excuse as to why the vehicle was never ready when expected. Just think if this is how he treats an old friend how will he treat a new customer?

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED IN MY LIFE. I GOT TOTALLY RIPPED OFF. 0 STARS. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

Great work, great service, great price. What more can you ask.

Handles all my fleet stuff and personal cars/trucks. Smaller place don't except as speedy service as Canadian tire. But it get done and done right. Which is common with smaller shops. Andy. Craig have my votes.
