Vicky deserves a RAISE!She is amazing! She handled us groomsmen with absolute professionalism and enthusiasm.She was only concerned with our well being, comfort as well as telling us all of the deals we were entitled to!Would definitely recommend going to see her for your next suit after she takes a nice Friday off!

I came in today with my fiance after finding out last night the wedding I am attending today was black tie. Vicky was extremely helpful and managed to get us suited up and checked out within 25 minutes. We were so impressed! Thank you for the amazing service!

Terrible service. Could not organize/order the proper items or colours. Nobody seems to know what’s going on. One of the staff members thought we should know what was ordered and what was in stock at the store. There was 6 suits. Made a compliant with head office, they said somebody would be in touch, then they just closed the claim. Nobody ever called. Similar experience at other tip tops. This chain of stores is a joke. May as well shop at Giant Tiger and save some money.

We went to Kanata Centrum Tip Top for a prom package. Our son chose a colour not available in his size at that store. We ordered it in for 4-5 business days. Then he realized he mixed up his dates. His suit might not arrive until the day of prom. I called the store and they offered to put aside a suit in a different colour, in the right size. If his suit didn’t arrive to our doorstep on time, one in another colour would be waiting at the store.100% amazing customer service. From the sizing, recommendations, over-the-phone service. The suit arrived on time. Everything fit perfectly and our son was so pleased. 100% recommend this store. They took our stress away!

Swung by June 8 2023. I rarely do google reviews and even more rarely do I give out 5 stars. This was by far my best shopping experience EVER. BK was so supportive, attentive, and gave guidance and recommendations tailored to me at every step. One of his coworkers was a bit much but the environment was very friendly and welcoming. I tried on different styles and got feedback all throughout. Its no secret BK really loves his job and I benefitted hugely. Things are a bit pricier, but there are deals and you absolutely get what you pay for. These are some of the best clothes I’ve ever worn and I felt amazing - and I’ve only scratched the surface and want to go back. Excellent, excellent, excellent! This service lives up to its name - tip top! Thank you!!

Last minute shopping for my sons wedding - we found a suit, and all the details in less than an hour. I was concerned about having the pants hemmed in time, but they were able to do this immediately, I left with a complete suit and tailored pants. Very impressed and it relieved a huge burden just days before Christmas and the wedding. Thank you!

Amazing experience. They had the suit I was looking for for a great price. All of the staff were great, but a shout out to Michael who assisted me with everything. He was attentive, gave great feedback, was professional, and ensured I left the store happy and with a brand new suit. Will be buying from here again. I definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Sim was absolutely amazing! If you’re looking for a suit, call the store to see if Sim is working and drop what you’re doing and go go go! He was able to size my son perfectly by just looking at him! No measuring tape required! He picked out colours that suited my sons complexion and we’re extremely happy with our purchase!

Went in Saturday morning looking for a suit. The staff was super helpful. I didn’t catch the lady’s name, she ordered everything online that wasn’t available in the store in my size, and then helped me pick a perfect fit dress shirt and tie.

Excellent service from both employees here. I am an XLT person who can not find items that fit easily in Ottawa. There was much to choose from here, and I shall keep coming back for what's new and trending in the future.
