I purchased a mattress from Furniture Trends and the one I chose was a medium firm I told them I used to sleep on a very soft mattress and I didn’t like it so I’d like to try out medium firm I paid cash they delivered it I slept on it for a week or so I feel pain in my back I called them to ask about if they made a mistake delivering the mattress they said “it’s the exact same mattress I choose in store and it’s just stiffer because it’s new I have to sleep on it for a month then it will be comfortable,,So now I have pain in my back due to my mattress costs $500 and I am stuck with it they won’t do anything else in my opinion it is very unprofessional business they suppose to have a return or exchange policy now I can go ahead and buy a new mattress you people better go toSleep Country they have options if you don’t like your mattress because right now i am not happy when I have to go to sleep!

This is the worst furniture shop I have ever met. Do not buy anything here!!!I bought one Ashley bedroom set with 8 pieces online on Sep 2022. After 6 weeks, they only delivered 6 pieces to me(Missing one nightstand and one chest). They didn't realize they made the wrong order until I contacted them. The owner told me he had ordered the rest 2 pieces.Until Jan 2023, after I gave them multiple calls they told me the furniture supplier did not have the chest, but I can get the other nightstand on Feb 21, 2023. In the meantime, no any responses at all!!!!! What they could do is just to refund me the money for the chest.After another 2 weeks, I asked them to send me the refund, the owner told me that I even could not get the other nightstand.I told them I would return the other nightstand because I do not need a bedroom set with only one dismatched nightstand. The owner said he could only accept the return if I have the original boxes!!!!The money they refund me is only 711 dollars for one night stand and one chest. The chest is 599 dollars and night stand is 329 dollars before tax on the Ashley website. And I have to give away the only nightstand I got because this night stand is discontinued and I can't buy a matched one. It definitely costs more than one thousands dollars to buy two night stand and one chest.This is how this shop treats customers. It's their fault to send my only 6 pieces instead of 8 pieces but they didn't pay anything for their mistake, not even an apologizes.Choose another one, do not waste time on this shop!

We have bought all our furniture from here. Our bedroom sets, our old couch now our new one as well. We have been dealing with them since 2017 and I would recommend this place to anyone. The owner is super friendly and helpful in making a choice.

Sales Person helped me select the right mattress at the right price. He also worked with me to select the best Day BED for my need and worked out a low price for me. Delivery was timely and the driver also did a good job of assembly of my Day BED. Very happy with my purchase.

I received an Ashley sectional from furniture trends about 8 months ago and just completed the set with the ottoman. I must say I am happy with my purchase. The owner of furniture trend was very helpful as one piece of the sectional would not fit in the elevator so he helped me haulit up the stairs on the top floor in my condo!!! KUDOS to him.

Bought LG washing machine as advertised as open box with one year warranty on invoice. Final sale. Happy as price was low. But when I email S# to LG serv to cross check it was a refurbished item and never carry a MFG or Ext warranty/as seller said. Trouble till an issue in one year/ most won't cross check. Why not honest to buyer. Beware.

Purchased two custom sectional couches in different shapes and with different fabrics. The sales team was professional, knowledgeable, helpful and had great patience as I made decisions. The quality of the couches is fantastic and the prices were amazing! We're already in the process of inquiring about other products we can buy from them.
