I have taken first aid and Cpr session and it’s been 17 days ,they haven’t send me my certificate . They don’t value your time and have nothing to do with your concern.

purchased babysitting certification course (red cross). instructor was a no show. no calls from red cross. no calls from the community centre. a room full of 11-14 year old were there to learn about safety, responsibility, accountability, and irony i guess. kids were unattended until someone called their parent. unacceptable.

I have sent in medical forms stating my immobility and need for urgent food assistance due to being dropped from a mobile food bank 2 months ago. These people are not processing my file , I'm still starving with no help at all from anyone. I even called Christine Hogarth for help getting through to them how urgent my situation is. The MPs office called , thankfully but to no avail! Still sitting here with no food or contact from the Red Cross. Shameful

I called the Canadian Red Cross, but I did some shopping around for CPR AND FIRST AID CLASSES. I got a very good deal from another company that was half the price the CRC wanted. I am a PSW, and we don't make money like the RN'S and the RPN'S. I think the CRC need to go back to the drawing board, and take a look at their prices. DON'T get me wrong, it's a great company, but too expensive.
