Very clean and well organized store. Staff was friendly. Found all the items needed and then continued to browse the store. There is an extensive selection of items for every type of crafting hobby you can imagine.

Absolutely impressed with this store! We shop at various Michaels all the time and we decided to come back to this store for items we couldn’t find at another location. We are glad we did! Lots of stock in all areas and the layout is perfect for the way we shop. Staff is really friendly and the shelves are tidy. Great location!

I love this store. Most of the stuff is overpriced, but it is almost always 50% off, which makes it affordable. They have the best decorations for all seasons and holidays; I was particularly impressed with the options for Halloween this year. The quality is often lacking, but the ideas are wonderful.My kids LOVE the in store crafts and the staff are always wonderful ☺️.

Very nice store. The staff I encountered were awesome. A staff member asked if I needed help. She was so wonderful. Very professional. Has lots of products but not what I needed. Their stamps and accessories are not as good as previously. Large yarn area. Has a somewhat small section of some products but a clean, friendly and good store.

i bought yarn here and i asked the employee for help and they went above and beyond helping me with different types of material, yarn weight, yarn length, hooks, and dye lots. even though i do not live close to this micheals i am always going to drive a bit extra to come here :)

Great selection and great service. I only wish the prices were a little easier on the pocket book. However, sometimes you just need to dig into the wallet….for a little extra something for the soul.

I went here this evening to get some crochet supplies. Wendi was genuinely a pleasure to deal with. Very helpful and kind. Seemed to take a genuine interest in my project. I don’t often write reviews, but she is a true asset to the store!

I had the unfortunate experience of being helped" by a woman by the name of Trish at Michael's yesterday.Her attitude was terrible and disappointing to say the least.A new employee was helping me with a return and I could see a woman at the cash behind us giving me dirty looks.That lady was the lady named Trish who took over my return so the other girl could go on break. She was unpleasant in every way possible while finishing my return.She took the time to make little comments about how I didn't call ahead to give them a heads up I was doing a return which I did in fact do. She seemed upset that I had originally paid cash and that if not approved she would only give me a $100 in cash as my return when I originally paid $185.She was slamming down on the till keys inputting codes
