We hired Lloyd and Sons to expand and remodel our upstairs bathroom on our newly purchased home in Toronto and they did a fantastic job. Their price was reasonable, they had amazing attention to detail and they were lovely to work and communicate with. The father and son team is great to see.We have a number of other projects lined up with them. Would recommend to anyone looking to renovate your home.

Lloyd renovated two apartments with brand new kitchens and bathrooms. The work looks great and I've received tons of positive feedback - I would happily use Lloyd again for my next renovatoin project!

Lloyd Senior and Junior were extremely trustworthy, calm and competent at their job. We did an internal renovation during COVID times so it was extremely challenging and slow because of limitation to materials and lock down but Lloyd and his father persevered, gave us good ideas and were extremely accommodating and flexible to our needs. We plan to kindly as them to replace our floor, redo our basement and kitchen as well.

It is my pleasure to be the first to write a google review for Lloyd & Sons Reno.We hired Lloyd for a master ensuite renovation/ expansion job which included a complicated vent stack relocation. They were able to bury the vent stack (which was in the middle of the existing closet wall- not the plumbing wall) and give us a perfectly rectangular bathroom space per our original design concept. They were meticulous and efficient. They took care of all framing, electrical and plumbing requirements. Lastly, and per Lloyd's specialty, the tiling job came out immaculately. He tiled all three walls and a partial fourth and it looks stunning.I would, and will, definitely hire them again. Great job, guys!Faiz

Lloyd remodelled the kitchen and bathroom in my rental unit built over 100 years ago. He did a great job optimizing the space, and the new tenant is very happy with the updated look. I would definitely work with Lloyd again!

We hired Lloyd & Sons Reno during the C19 pandemic to renovate our basement. The remodelling work included a new bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a new laundry room and hardwood flooring throughout. Despite material shortages due to the pandemic, and our desire to alter plans partway through the project, Lloyd Senior and Lloyd Junior were patient, understanding and provided a solid direction to get the project done. They are hardworking, professional contractors who are committed to their craft.We are really pleased with our renovated basement and enjoyed working with Lloyd & Sons Reno. We'd do it again.
