This place does not do the no refunds. They blackmail saying give us a good review first then we'll give you your unused items money back! I'd rather give you the bad deal! I'm guessing this is why there are a lot of 5 star deals

Great service provided by Jatin. He explained ithe specifications of the floor we bought and was available throughout the process, from buying floor, baseboards and molding all the way to their installation. I highly recommend his service.

This company has horrible customer service and does an terrible instillation.Would NEVER recommend this company.They lie about install dates, the employees lie about thier names to avoid getting caught in a lie.When they didnt show up as promised they refused to refund us at that time so we juat asked for the product (which we would happily pay for and install it oursleves) which they refused.When asked to speak to management they state they have no phone number you need to email. Which I did and recieved no answer back.Our order was not small, we had about 2600 sqft of hardwood in a new build and they provided the worst service and install.Pictures speak 1000 words.

I am not one to do reviews, particularly poor ones, but almost a year after I had my flooring installed I continue to have issues. There are gaps in various spots. Installers have come out twice to repair it but within days the gaps reappear. The initial installer told me it might be an issue with the actual flooring as he said he was seeing a number of similar cases. The last installers who came out told me it was fixed as well as they could fix it and that the replacement flooring was too far away to get and that I should solve any new issues by going to Home Depot and buying filler. My previous two emails have gone unanswered. I chose this company because the initial customer service was excellent. I feel like the installers’ customer service does not match those at the store. It feels like they are looking for quick fixes rather than permanent fixes. My fixes have lasted longer, and it looks like that will be the path I need to take.

Worst company to do business with if i could do zero stars i would. Got them to install trim and flooring over 550 ft. They put dents on every wall and even the ceiling (over 20 dents)!!. They claimed and I quote, the trim was too long to cut in the house

Many thanks to Kamran for his help choosing hardwood flooring to replace carpeting in a living room, 3 bedrooms and hallway. The quality of the exotic natural walnut hardwood is excellent, and we could not ask for better installation work than that provided by Manpreet and his team.

We're extremely happy with our purchase in Kitchener. We bought engineered hardwood and laminate for two levels of flooring in our house. The flooring is even better than we imagined it being once installed. Kamran was lovely to work with. He is patient, kind, and thorough. He answered our many questions, and is very knowledgeable. Pal and his team installed the flooring for us. They did amazing work. Their attention to detail is very high, and they were very kind and respectful. I would highly recommend this company.

Mr. Jatin was very helpful. He accommodated last minute floor color changes which I truly appreciate.The installers were professional and completed the job quite quickly. In the end, they also offered a free quick fix to my existing floor as well.Also, one of the best things is that they helped me get rid of the squeaking noise that my subfloor was facing.All in all, I would give a 5 star rating to the place.
