Terrible place broke a contract to benefit them If I had more money I would take my lawyer against them and Sue them for breaking a contract

Hypocritical lawyers at its best lol one fights for truth other for lies. All smile the same for their greedy clients. Volunteer one hour to get tax write off, yet go after handicapped individual to gather last deserving penny for huge manipulative “corporate Client“...did I mention harassment/bullying from their staff, to the point scam artist don’t sound as bad... That’s how we (and by ‘we’ I most definitely ment ~> lawyers at this Firm) opporate.

So I was recommend this law firm from another professional for my startup. So first and foremost I did sign on any mandate, nor agree to any written quote for the project I required in written consent to go ahead with the project. Yet I was rushed in the process only to find out they sent me a bill for a) the free consult they told me was complimentary b) for the work that supposedly took 10 hours to do yet after speaking with 2 other law firms: the draft I was given was a basic template which required little to no energy in creating. So for the 10.5 hours they charged me in actual fact it was more like 1-3. Lastly they could not provide me a time stamp on their invoice to prove the time amount required for each activity they labelled in the invoice. I do not recommend this firm at all; they do not offer clear communication in project price , time and they dont care. Choose someone else

I have dealt with one of the senior partners in this firm for years and his advice has been exceptional.

Don’t waste your time and money with this law firm. They really don’t know how to do the business especially staff lawyer Bria Fallen. She is the dumbest person I met in my life not sure how did she pass the law school. I will never recommend this firm to anybody nor will I ever deal with them again. HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Worse law firm in Calgary. Dylan Esch is very unprofessional, lies in court, doesn’t listen, and has zero people skills. Lawyers are called Liars for a reason and he proves it.

Have been trying to reach them for over 5 weeks.What a joke.Literally use any other company you can think of except this one if you need actual conversation with a human.Editing to add:The lawyer and his assistant assigned to me were completely incapable of answering phones, returning emails, and were consistently on vacation or away from the office without putting anyone else in charge of their accounts. There were points we couldn't contact them for over a week with ZERO response. Because of their intentional neglect, I was forced for pay thousands in additional lawyers fees unnecessarily.Trying to found out exactly how much money I needed to pay was almost impossible and often took weeks to find out- in turn again, raising my lawyers fees.Approach this company with EXTREME caution.. log absolutely everything and be relentless when contacting them, because they WILL NOT respond to you.
