Bold N Brave

We participated in the scavenger hunt & it was so fun! We have three small children who were able to participate with us. Having small children I didn’t get out when I wanted to. Dana asked if I had done it yet & I hadn’t so the last day of the hunt she didn’t take it down until we had done it. It was very thoughtful & generous of her & Carl!I know the Bold n Brave program will help many age groups & individuals. Dana & Carl only have the best in mind for this program & want to help youth become their best selves while discovering what that means as they participate & attend activities.If you’re looking for an outreach program that will help your tween/youth battle their own struggles Bold n Brave is what you’re looking for!

This is truly an amazing organization. They allow individuals to grow in all aspects of their life. Within the Bold N Brave organization you learn about your strengths and your weaknesses, however, Dana is there to help make your weakness become your strengths. I was working with Bold N Brave through a University course and Dana and her team were able to find contacts for me. This allowed me to explore professions that I am interested in once I graduate. Allowing me to meet with different professionals and ask them questions I had about their jobs allowed me to focus on the career I am truly interested in. Dana was a cheerleader in my corner the entire semester we worked together. I am so grateful I had the opportunity to work with Bold N Brave and learn so much from Dana. After working with Bold N Brave, I am more confident in myself and my decisions.Thank you, Bold N Brave !!!

I have known Dana for years and have seen how much she loves to build up the youth in the community. I took my kids with me around the community for the parks scavenger hunt. The kids Had a ton of fun playing at each park along the way!! We even won the grand prize from the draw!!!

Bold 'n Brave is an amazing program that focuses on providing opportunities for youth to learn and grow in positive ways! As an assistant, it has been rewarding to see the added confidence in these kids from beginning to end. The leaders are sincere and truly believe in empowering our youth and bringing out their best selves. I love the variety of speakers activities, and games that are carefully selected to be inclusive to all. I cannot wait until my children are old enough to participate! Everyone needs positive leadership and an opportunity to find their strengths, this program is it!

I have had the wonderful opportunity to get to know Dana, Bold N Brave’s founder, as well as participate as a speaker for youth through the organization. Dana has done an incredible job of starting this organization from the bottom up, and she has a clear passion for helping youth in the community. Not only did she start it during a pandemic, she has done an incredible job of engaging youth throughout these difficult times through workshops, social media, and other events. I had a very positive experience speaking to young girls from the community, as well as engaging them in activities, and they seemed very uplifted by the whole experience Bold N Brave offered them. I am excited to see this organization grow in the future, and I highly recommend it to any youth in our community!

Dana is an amazing person! She’s so confident, outgoing, friendly and fun! Bold N Brave is such a great addition to our community. I can’t wait until my kids are old enough to enrol them in her youth programs!

Dana is an amazing and eloquent speaker who brings her experiences and insights to the table when speaking at events. We invited her for The Emerging Excellence Workshop 2023 in Lethbridge and all the participants had key takeaways from her speech.

What a great organization. If you are somebody who feels like there is a need for change or needs help to be motivated, Bold N Brave is for you. They have the answers and the tools to get you on your way. Whether it's overwhelming or you have no idea where to start, Dana has the contacts to help you with your goals. Being a University student and a former athlete, I have motivation. Still, I had questions about my ideal future career that I could not answer, and it was frustrating. Dana answered them, and if she couldn't, she got me in touch with someone who was able to answer them for me. Looking back at the sessions I had with bold n brave, I am confident in finishing my university and knowing how to work towards my ideal career. Thank you, Bold N Brave!!!

It’s clear from interacting with Dana that she has spent a lifetime building others up. Her passion to help others be their best selves is inspiring. The youth (and others) that attend Bold N Brave events will be able to feel her belief in their potential and unique qualities as they interact with her and her team. This city is very lucky to have Dana and her company here!

We had so much fun doing the scavenger hunt! Dana has organized so many great events and our kids have really enjoyed everything done by Bold N Brave. I'm so excited to have a program like this available. Thank you Dana! You are amazing!
