The server wasn't following up on my order. Coffee was ordered, she gave me tea. Two muffins were ordered, she gave me one. I noticed the missing muffin at the counter, she corrected it. Didn't notice the tea not being coffee until I gave it to my husband. He dropped me at my appointment and then returned to Moncton for his coffee. Staff should be checking the actual food with the order before giving to the customer.

I was left with a very bad customer service experience. After I made an order, I went outside and my son was left to wait for the order 1 cold coffee and one glass of lemonade and he was the only one who was waiting. After 10 minutes, I went to ask my son why it took so long for him to say that the seller said that she had given our order to a man, but we were alone. Then I asked where exactly is our order? The seller invited another seller who gave our order (the coffee was ready on her table) and in response said to me “Good luck”? I have a very bad experience with this establishment. I'm unlikely to ever go back to it.

They hardly ever get the orders right... If at all they have what you order because they're almost always out of sometging or the other...and for fast food it is surprising how long you have to wait! You would think they are short staffed but I always see more than enough people inside with some just standing around leaning and watching. Also I don't get the point of ordering on the app and picking through drive thru if you have to get into the same line as everybody else.

Terrible customer service. Stood at the front counter almost 5 minutes for someone to come back to take my order. After I was served my sister waited at the counter as well. It took her to start WALKING OUT to get served! It was not busy at all and all the employees walked by the counter multiple times and did not even ask if she wanted something. Will not be coming back again. Your staff should be trained better in customer service.
