We purchased the Bullfrog X7 Series from the Barrie location and are extremely please with the hot tub and the amazing customer service we have received from Amanda Robertson (our sales rep) and the other sales associates. Amanda was informative, readily available and made the process smooth.We would highly recommend purchasing a Bullfrog hot tub for it is definitely worth the investment!!

After sales support is always a good indicator of customer service. We are very happy with our Bullfrog Spa but in particular were very pleased with the great service by the delivery team, and then by after sales phone support. However, we were especially impressed with the support from our sales rep Tylor who made a special trip to our home to help us deal with a noise issue. When we explained our concerns, he understood the issue Immediately and came to our house the next day where he resolved it quickly and efficiently. Thank you Tylor!

When my husband and myself decided to purchase a hot tub spa, bullfrog spas came highly recommended by a family member who purchased same. They commented on the jet packs, the massage strength , the cost of running the hot tub and the service. We purchased our unit from 'Bullfrog Spas in Barrie and we were fortunate to have Adam D as our sales representative. Adam is courteous, knowledgeable and an asset to this company. The product can have a perfect rating but if the sales representative and service personnel aren't cordial and knowledgeable that impacts product sales.We enjoy our Spa!Heather

The staff at Bull Frog Spas in Barrie are amazing. They are always there for the customer. Great customer service & satisfaction. Very helpful, knowledgeable, responsible, patient & reliable staff. I have dealt with Adam for a long time and if he is not in, there is always someone else to step in. I like their style and the way they treat their customers. I would recommend Bull Frog Spas if you want to buy a fabulous Hot Tub. If I could rate higher than 5 Star, I would. Bull Frog certainly deserves it. We are seasoned hot tub owners who found ourselves in the market after our 13 year old tub has been repaired for the final time to no avail. Although we loved our hot tub, had great service, and good memories we didn't want to purchase the same tub with possibly the same issues down the road The criteria that we laid out for a new purchase was that we wanted to do things differently and see what current technological advances have brought to the industry. We researched online and found that Bullfrog Spas seemed to be the most technologically innovative, constantly evolving, and bold product on the market, and in our price range. The selling features for us were the 90% less plumbing, the enhanced ozone system, the jet pack system and the elegant style. We set out to Bullfrog Barrie and were greeted by Tylor. He was a great resource for all of our technical questions especially from his experience servicing many different makes of hot tubs. He is very knowledgeable about the product and personally stands behind the product he sells. He is very professional, presents his clients with all the information needed to make an informed decision and is respectful and not pushy. His after sales support has also been excellent; following up with emails and updated delivery schedules and procedures, as they evolve. Due to covid, it will be a few months yet before our tub arrives but it will definitely be worth the wait. If you are looking for an innovative, bold company willing to be an industry leader look at the Bullfrog hot tub brand. If you are looking for knowledgeable, dependable service look at Barrie Bullfrog! We will update our review once the hot tub arrives and let you know about the experience we have using the tub!

I wish they had no stars that I could give Bullfrog Spas. The owner of the business must be only money driven. Terrible customer service from Stefan. Rude and cursing at customers over the phone if the customer did not go the way he wants. I don’t know why the owner is writing here and calling his own customers a liar without speaking to the customer before forming a conclusion as to what actually occurred ??? Like what the heck ?? Can they be more rude and unprofessional than that ? Stefan and the owner are very close friends from what the sales team have mentioned so the two must be the same type or Stefan is replying to the reviews pretending to be the owner.. they simply made a mistake when selling their product and recommended the wrong product .. my hot tub fit but the cover would not fit. We were told that they have more than one style of the hot tub cover but they actually only have one for this size tub. Being sales driven they just closed the deal and left a huge issue for delivery and installation. We had given all the measurements of the space the hot tub will go and they confirmed everything on the day we purchased and a day before the delivery with the general manager (if I can call him a “manager “ he thinks he is a General). They simply denied they got any measurement from us after the cover would not fit the ceiling height. They dumped the hot tub in the backyard in severe snowstorm in January and left it unprotected from the elements. They didn’t care about the weather conditions and site situation. Dumped the hot tub after customer had paid in full and left !!!! Just like that????? Yes they did it just like that !!! Of course we put a stop payment on the cheque. If you were me what will you do ? !!! Like it’s unbelievable customer service!! Not just that , 3 days later they came to my yard quietly and took the hot tub and ran away without even telling us in advance when they would be coming. These guys are just ridiculous.

1 year later, all regrets.We purchased a Dominion hot tub last November, it was delivered by the first week of November and our first issue was immediate. Lights were going out, as well the tub would not run the heater and the jets at the same time. It would drop multiple degrees while running the jets. We were sincerely hoping this was just a fluke and after it was repaired we would be able to enjoy our tub. Unfortunately not, they're were multiple instances with the lights , they had to repair multiple strands, at least four times over the course of 5 months. Then the finish on one of the seats began blistering, that had to be repaired...Now our latest surprise ( Dec 21st) is a massive leak somewhere in the upper cabinet/ plumbing, losing 6-8 inches of water in 10 minutes we had to dig a trench away from our house so the basement doesn't flood. there is no tech available and Bullfrog spas wants us to go in and do a temporary repair on the leak ourselves OR drain the tub fully and put a space heater inside for the time being. Both of these tasks, according to Stephanie, is our responsibility as a spa owner. Which I whole heartedly disagree with.In summary, not only is this hot tub we purchased a complete lemon with issues arising consistently, the customer service we have received has been abhorrent. They do not seem to understand/care that this hot tub has been problem after problem. They make it seem like we are inconveniencing them with our faulty tub and more often then not we are met with bad attitudes instead of understanding. We have not even had a full 6 months of peace with this tub.... Now we are just over a year in ownership we will get hit with labour charges every time there is a problem, which we are sure will be multiple times a year going forward.I hope no one else will have to experience what we have been going through.

I wish I could report great news about my tub being delivered and setup...but I can't. Stefan the general manager is not easy to work with and opted to pickup the tub rather than work with a customer to resolve an issue because I held back payment until I was satisfied. I would Highly recommend that you do not pay them until the tub is in place, with accessories installed, including stairs and hot tub cover. Bullfrog Barrie insists payment be made before the tub is unloaded. That should concern you as a customer. I will still get a bullfrog but from a different dealer. Tylor in sales was awesome, Stefan in after sales should not be allowed to talk to customers.The following has been added since Bullfrog posted a response.Facts:Delivered in a snow storm and left in the middle of the yard unprotected.Hot tub DID fit into space.Hot tub cover did not fit.Installation locations available dimensions where provided to Bullfrog the day of purchase.Alternative location offered.Bullfrog refused to move to a different location.Installer informed client that he was told by the office to leave the tub where it is and to exit the property, that the tub is paid for and it was the clients problem now".My unreasonable demand was to move it appropriately 100 feet to another location that would solve the issue.Stop payment is NOT a bounced cheque.As you can tell from Bullfrogs response below
