Cameron did a fantastic job of diagnosing and fixing our toilet...he discovered there was an additional problem and thoroughly explained all the issues and what needed to be done and saved us from what could've turned into a much larger problem. Had a supply line gas leak during a polar vortex and had to call them in the evening. Camilo and Brenden came quickly and inspected the problem. Fix the gas leak quite quickly and made everything gas tight. There will be no more leaks! I will use these guys for any other work I might need in the future. This team is awesome! After 61 years, our main shut-off valve on the water main from the street badly needed replaced. Camilo, Brendan & the rest of the staff at Plumbing & Heating Heroes came very highly recommended and they did not disappoint! Too expensive, I had no choice when I called them and regretted it. Interestingly, these guys turned off my heat stating some kind of leak. Post that I called enercare, they confirmed these guys money grabbers and wanted to take advantage of situation. Anyhow, fast forward few months, there was no leak and everything is doing well.I am just curious who are these fake ppl who are giving good ratings.

This team is amazing! My sump pump stopped working and water was getting dangerously close to flooding the basement. Cam rushed over at 11pm in a massive snowstorm and saved the day! Amazing work and taught me a lot about the things I could be doing to be proactive. Highly Recommend!

For months I avoided having plumbing repairs done as my issues felt overwhelming with a leak from the upper bathroom shower down onto the kitchen ceiling. I also had low water pressure in the shower, which was a minor issue in comparison; something that the family had gotten used to, ie. taking half an hour to wash our long hair. I called Plumbing & Heating Heroes, and they were able to book me in quickly. Repairs were completed in a couple of hours, and I could not be more pleased.The leak was repaired with minimal issue and now everyone in my household enjoys a wonderful trip to the spa every time we have a shower. We have obtained the services of Plumbing and Heating Heroes more than once, and plan to continue to use them to service our plumbing needs in Whitby and Oshawa in the future. We particularly request Camilo Lopez, as he is responsive, efficient, and provides suggestions to mitigate issues down the road.Plumbing and Heating Heroes was able to fix drain leak and clog in one sink and repair pipe in another to ensure water drains properly in record time.

After waiting for more that a week for Enercare to respond to us we called Plumbing and Water Heater Heroes. Camilo and Danilo showed up that day and worked tirelessly to replace our hot water tank. The first night they worked until midnight to make sure everything was complete. They then came back the next day to finish that work as well as repair our furnace venting issues and an additional plumbing issue with our shower. Both of them were professional, friendly and helpful. Additionally they left everything cleaner than it was before they arrived. I will be recommending them to all of my friends and family with any future plumbing or heating needs. Thank you guys

Great plumbing company, we needed our pipes changed out for insurance reasons, (kitec pipes) and a new water heater, and they had the cheapest quote compared to the other guys. The job was done on time and neatly. Highly recommend this company
