Best store in Surrey . From now onwards i will always go there even it is 45 minutes drive from my house. Sukhi is so good , she helped me to pack all my fragile glass containers and ship it securely . The package reached its destination in time and nothing was broken. Sukhi really know her job very well and she is very polite and patient with the customers.

My highly recommendation :DONT USE THEIR SERVICE AT ALL,ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE PERSON WITH DISABILITY.!!!! Very bad experience with this UPS store in Surrey. I tried to sent a parcel in China in January(vitamins and sweets),about 14kg parcel. I paid $580 for shipping fee. its almost a half price for economy ticket return to China. Before sending ,parcel was open ,not sealed and store owner can see it what is inside and told all is fine. Parcel was kept by Chinese Customs for several days,not allowing clearance and enter into China ,to recepient,claiming its exceeding some their limits. Recepient checked at UPS in Chengdu and its been told why parcel was accepted at UPS store in Surrey ,knowing about Chinese limits and regulations. I was demenading parcel return to sender and it took almost 2 months for return(by UPS service ,of course). Also ,store owner promised parcel return and refund of $580.,,but when I got parcel back she refused to return refund of $580. I got email from UPS claiming they paid about $450 for shipping fee(which is biggest BS i ever heard). They are supposed be a shipping company but it seems are cheating company,charging for their own mmistakes and disrespect customers any way they can,fabricating lies and stories. For refund I made claim at the Court,no other choice. I m person with disability (wheelchair) and cannot afford throwing money for somebody s, mistakes and bad knowledge about shipping business. So ,for all potential customers who want to deal with UPS Store #17 in Surrey, be careful ,they will try to scam you .If you are person with disability,STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, for common good,you are not welcome there.

They provide passport photos but don't know what is required.Canada Passport office denied photos due to white shirt. I went back to get them redone but they charged me again! Said it was my fault that I wore white, but aren't they the experts providing a service??? Terrible.

I had great experience at this UPS store when i went yesterday. I came here to send a mail package to Pakistan , the lady on the front desk explained me everything in detail , she packed all the stuff properly in a box with bubble wrap also. The tracking number was given to me at the store as well sent in my email also . She explained me in detail about the insurance to cover my package and checked the address twice before shipping. I really recommend this store as they know the job they are doing and not overpricing the clients .

I called in advance to ask if this place can print a shipping label for me as my printer is broken and they said yes but we are closed. I said I'd go the next day and they said OK and hung up. Went the next day and when asked if they could print the label, woman at the counter said it's $3.50 email to this address. If she had been transparent she would've told me this on the phone. I would've gone elsewhere or printed in advance somewhere else.

Excellent service! Me and my husband started with 3 months contract and now we renew for 6 months. Once was a misunderstanding on my side but now everything is fine and I want to apologize for my reaction.

This store owner knows how to deal with people and she offer the best service in sending couriers overseas. Very organized store and serve with patience . Staff is very polite and explain everything in detail. I had been going there since last 6 months and every time i get the same quality of service .Always recommend this place for shipping

Had the worst experience of my life with them. Very bad customer service. Sukhjinder sandhu is a very rude and impolite lady. She needs more education and needs to acquire customer service skills since it looks like she has never been to school. She needs to learn some manners and etiquettes as she doesnt know how to behave with the customers. Please dont go to this store as it will be a complete waste of time and dont spend your hard earned money here. People like sukhjinder sandhu bring the whole organization down.

Will constantly change your order and make you try and pick it up despite neither the original sender or receiver making such a request. They will never deliever the package on time and are an absolute pain to try to work with. I have personally talked to each company I interact with to never use UPS as a courier due to their awful and poor service.

One of the most reliable store to get the valuable shipped . Sukhi is very in her advise . Will always go to this store in future , happy with the customer service and cleanliness of the store .
