Roseland After Hours Medical Clinic

In the last 2 years up to and including this past week I have tried to come here with different issues always to be turned away at the counter and told that they don't deal with said medical issues.This latest time I tried calling ahead the previous day to see if they take stitches out. They said yes and that I could come in Saturday for that purpose. When I drove across the city on Saturday to get here the person at the counter once again said they don't do that there. When I told them I called on Friday to make sure they told me I was lying because they don't have people answering the phones that day. So basically they don't have a reception team on a Friday.....all day. That was their lazy excuse. It seems like the medical professionals " in this place don't do anything. Between the useless and rude reception staff and the fact that the absolute quack Dr David Paterson has his office in the same location I believe this place should stop stealing tax payer money and should be shut down immediately. They are nothing but leeches on our society and should be ashamed of not actually healing they community like their occupations are supposed to require."

The doctor tried to lecture me that I shouldn’t come in for a b12 injection without getting blood work to prove I need it, when the b12 was a prescription from another doctor based on my blood work proving a probable deficiency. Didn’t put a bandaid on after the injection. I normally rip it off minutes after but it’s sanitary to have it, no? 2 stars bc the admitting/secretary nurse was nice.

I've had to go to this clinic a few times in the last 2 months for myself and my young daughter. I'm really impressed by the ladies behind the desk, as well as the doctors I've seen. The visits aren't always fast but can be. Super helpful and pleasant. Thanks for all the great help and care!!!

The representatives sitting at the front desk can be lot kinder . Either they are worn out or they do not like their job. Call them before you visit . They mostly have signs stating ‘ Office closed ‘

I have come to this clinic many times with my kids. Also for my husband and I recently. I cannot tell you how absolutely amazing and professional and organized they all are here. They are so caring and compassionate. They work hard and fast and waste no time making sure everyone is taken care of. A huge shout out to Robyn who always goes above and beyond to make sure not just my kids but everyone else is looked after. She’s the number one reason we come here and recommend this clinic to everyone!

The info on website says this clinic is open until 7pm. I show up at 5:55pm, and they say they cannot take me in. Only one doctor working. What a Sham. Office staff is rude, and just do not carr. One receptionist was eating a big mac, while she was telling me this.

I was having what I thought was shin splints and Roseland was the only clinic open. The staff were super friendly and the Dr. was really thorough and took the time to explain what the problem was. I highly recommend Roseland After Hours Medical Clinic.

One of the most disrespectful doctor I have ever encountered in my life. He diagnosed me, I asked him “out of curiosity why did you not think it is a torn disc”, and he replies with “so I am a doctor and I diagnosed you. I can’t tell you what I learned in all of my medical school. You either believe me, or don’t believe me.”Maybe they forgot to teach you patient etiquette and care at medical school. I clearly asked because I was interested in knowing about the reasoning since I am a researcher, but you couldn’t even bother explaining why you didn’t diagnose me with a torn disc. You just brushed me off. I’ll make my way to another Dr in the future, one with more empathy.

The medical receptionists are very kind and helpful. Keep in mind that you need to come at least 2 hrs before closing to be admitted, but they typically help you set up an appointment the next day. Dr. D'Andrea is very attentive, thoughtful, professional and courteous, impressively effective and knowledgeable. Thank you!!

Their phone line is useless, no one ever picks up. I went in for an appt, was told my wait is 45 min, ended up being 2h 30min, dr was very rude, i told him i need a referral for an x-ray because i’m having trouble breathing & getting chest pains. his response was “i need to find a reason to refer you for an x-ray” i asked him if he can check my lungs or perform any tests he needs to do to see if i need a referral, he let me know that he “don’t have time” & just left the room without another word. horrible experience. i really wonder what the point of having this clinic is if they just refuse you medical attention to begin with.
