I have had the system installed for a couple of years now. I find the customer service staff, special mention to Robert, have been professional and courteous. I find no trouble in getting the help I need. The staff deal with my queries, whenever there is an issue, in a timely, friendly and professional manner. I would recommend the system installed for the peace of mind and to protect any family and property

Absolutely horrible service. Camera quality purchased for our business was not as advertised - in fact, they were worse than our previous ones.We asked very specific questions prior to our purchase to and we were assured of the quality multiple times over. In hindsight, very loose" language with technical jargon was used that really did not answer our questions directly.We had an incident a few weeks later where we had a theft incident

Robert Cannataro has been really good at getting me accustomed to the working of the alarm system and even when I had an issue with the system, booking a technician was seamless. Their services are really easy on the pocket as well!

I have been a customer of Safewatch Security for several years now. Rob is very knowledgeable, never pushes any specific option, has always been quick to respond to any inquiry or service call, and he follows up every time to ask if I have any further questions, or to ensure that I am happy with the work of his crew. I recently switched from a land line communication connection to a cellular solution for the home alarm system. The technician was very friendly, answered all of my questions, and Rob followed up as well. I now have several future upgrade options available for home automation and mobile monitoring as a result of Rob's advice.

Rob and his team are actually fantastic and very helpful. The camera setup and program are soo much better than what we originally had set up in our warehouse. They were in and out and overall it was an awesome experience.

The manager has always been prompt to respond to emails and phone calls. Also, the cost for service is very reasonable and does not keep changing. I highly recommend them to anyone needing to get a new system installed, or to have an existing system handled by them.
