When I called to ask for a specific baby formula, they went to check right away. They apologized when they did not have any and it seem very sincere. The bakery section always has fresh bread and donuts. The washroom are very clean and do not smell. When checking out, the cashier is always friendly and there is usually someone helping the cashier to pack your items. When is does get busy, they call for more cashiers and the line goes fairly quick!Great quality fruits and vegetables and the meat section has a good selection. The roast beef cuts are pretty good.

Friendly, clean atmoshere with a produce section 2nd to none. But prices seem quite to high me. Then u observe how many people u seriously walking around doing next to nothing & realize ur payin their union wages with ur groceries. DON'T go there much anymore myself.

Being a visitor to the area, I was impressed with the quality of the products in the store. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was very happy with how fast they were able to move customers through the checkout lines.

VERY poor customer service. An elderly frail friend ordered apples, broccoli crowns, 10% cream, Gala apples and Folgers coffee FM chocolate chip cookies and muffins on.line. She was told most of her order was not in stock. So I went in. The chocolate chip muffins WERE ON TABLE just inside the front door. RIGHT INSIDE THE DOOR.

This grocery store has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Staff will follow you around if you are of ethnic origin and hate to be asked any questions.

Never enough macaroons. Why offer something if you don’t offer it all the time? I would like more of a variety. This is the only place in town that sells them. I would really appreciate if they would be more on top of this. My daughter loves macaroons.

Not to impressed! Zehrs is not a cheap store by any means, so you think the staff might be a little friendlier. I get nothing but attitude, when you bring problems to their attention. They don't care, not even supervisors or management. There have been a few times I thought I'd grab a quick bite to eat and grab some sushi. It's always moldy. Ive brought this to employees, supervisors and management attention every time. No one seems to care or do anything about it. It would definitely upset me to get home and realize this is what I spend my money on. I always get the answer, it's brought in by another company. It's a product being sold in your store, so it's your obligation to make sure it edible. Since I never seen this action being fixed,it's time to put my review on. Looking forward to see if any changes are made!

Nice clean store, wide aisles, nice produce, excellent quality products in all departments, friendly staff (when you find one on the floor) . I am not a fan of the self check out.
