L.W. Property Advisors Ltd.
Used this company for a commercial building purchase and was happy with level of service. The appraisal and report was prepared in a very thorough and professional manner. I also needed the report on a tight timeline due to a short subject removal date and Rose the appraiser was able to complete on the timeline. The overall appraised value did reflect the current market based on comparable recent sold units and current market rent factors. We will definitely use again.
