Beautiful building, fantastic amenities, great neighbours, and the fountains in the park next door is stunning in summertime

Nice place to look at, and one of the nicest lobby’s in the city. But there’s only 3 elevators for 44 floors, and 1 is always broken. The developer takes forever to respond to issues. I’ve had one particular issue for over one year. The place in general has nice ammenities, but it’s run poorly and the condo board seems to cater to the elderly with the rule they enforce. The underground parking lot just had massive speed bumps installed, so now it takes twice as long to reach your spot. There are only 6 visitor parking spaces, for 44 floors of units!?It’s LEED certified which is great. But it seems to mostly be all flash and no substance.

Nice building but extremely poor management. One of the elevators is out of service most of the time. It has a nice gym but it has AC issues and the management does not take it seriously. Both in summer and in winter the gym’s temperature goes up to 89 F(around 32 C).

Beautiful condominium located by the waterfront. There is paid parking in the garage. Building has two entrances, one is for 12 Bonnycastle and one is for 16 Bonnycastle. Essentially same building.

Frat house.. poorly run management team. Amenities are frequently closed. Units appear nice but are cheaply thrown together. The pool is overrun by people who don’t live there. Today blood covered the elevator floor. If that’s your scene then you’ll have a blast!

Monde Condominiums entered into its second year. Monde has a great community vibe with several volunteer committees to join and a community Facebook page.Amenities have reopened after the pandemic, and residents can enjoy once again the rooftop infinity pool, gymnasium, weight and spin cycle/yoga rooms. Other rooms in the building are the Party room, billiards room, sports lounge, and cyber cafe. Top of the line security features, such as secure parcel lockers, fob access to parking, elevators, and amenities floor, enhance the safe feeling of being home.Great views of downtown Toronto, Lake Ontario, and Toronto Island dominate our vista. While downtown Toronto is a short walk away, Toronto Transit stops right outside our door. Loblaws, Metro, 2 LCBO stores, 2 drug stores, as well as St. Lawrence Market, are only a stroll away. Fine dining and shops on King Street East and Queen Street East will satisfy picky palettes. Children's activities such as splash pads, swings, and parks are close at hand. If cycling is your activity, check out the Martin Goodman Trail right outside our door.This is why I live here.

Wow! Such a unique condo building situated close to the city centre and the lake. I love that this building was designed by world-renowned Canadian architect Moshe Safdie, who has completed projects such as Habitat 67 in Montreal and luxury Marina Bay Sands located in Singapore! Such a stunning design with excellent amenities and unit layouts. 10/10 recommend living here!

A luxury Condo for a well deserved holiday. It has a beautiful scenery and a relaxing interior that is like home-from-home.

Bad place to live in, a few neighbors and I already started a group last week, we will be positing regularly until the managers of the building actually do something about it, and even the staff the bold security guy at nights is soooo rude, this supposed to be a nice building not a place for younger people to do whatever they want
