Hey, tried adding insurance to my existing insurance. Sat on hold for 35 min altogether trying to get through to someone. When I finally did, the girl on the phone searched for EVER trying to find someone to put me through to. TOTALLY ridiculious!!! I actually has time to get oter quotes for other places while waiting on hold alone!!! F this place!

Mitch Insurance canceled my policy due to their oversight.I bought motorcycle insurance through a pleasant and helpful sales person at Mitch. Two days later I received a terse call from the brokerage owner canceling the policy because I had only a G driver's license (I had provided my license information on their request) and not a current M1 license, although I had already booked my M1 and M2 tests ( 4 weeks later.)This is an unusual requirement that the sales rep didn't explain. Plenty of people own and insure vehicles they aren't qualified to drive. I owned and insured 3 big dump trucks for my business, although I'm not qualified to drive them. My employees did.I had bought a motorcycle that required coverage including theft, while it was in storage until I got my M license. This cancelation was inconvenient, it left me without coverage AND a canceled policy on my record, at no fault of mine.The owner didn't apologize and didn't offer any alternative. ( such as limited fire and theft coverage until I passed the test. )I've been licensed for 40 years, free of claims or tickets for 35 years. I own several bikes, and 6 cars (its a hobby) so I'm a low risk, good customer with lots of business to offer.I called another insurance companywho signed me up instantly for two of my bikes, and didn't care one bit that I didn't have an M license at that time.In Mitch's favor, the first sales rep was nice and professional, and the cancelation went smoothly. However, the actual cancelation may negatively affect me in futureFinally the owner needs to tune his customer service skills. Service is about looking for solutions in a pleasant, professional and constructive manner, instead of abandoning customers who've trusted him with their business. It's easier to keep existing customers than attract new ones.

The respresentative I dealt with lied to me. Not only that, he does not return calls or emails unless I continually call, etc. He quoted me a certain price for insurance and I got a invoice from the insurance company saying I owed them money. When I brought this issue up with the Mitch rep, he said as a compensation he will issue a gift card in the amount difference. That was months ago, and todate have not recieved the gift card that is supposedly in the mail nor have I heard from him. This is how they treat thier clients.

I was dealing with Cindy McDonnell to get a car insurance quote she helped me greatly. I ended up signing up with her.Great communication skills and made the experience flawless. I would definitely recommend her, she wasn't just trying to make the sale she actually cares for her customers.

David was amazing, with my stunt driving record most insurance company would not insure me, out of a dozen companies, one quoted $24k for my 911 gt3. David came through and got me insured at $8k. Highly recommend David, great customer service!

They cancelled my policy after an attempted theft and said they did that because my vehicle is worth over $100k. Why did you even approve it in the first place? This is such a minor company that can’t cover cars over $100k.

They were great until my motorcycle was stolen. I didn’t deal with them at all through the claim. I’m still waiting for my new bike and a woman called me to confirm my address for renewal. I told her my bike was stolen last year and I’m still waiting on a bike.I asked her if I was entitled a refund since I didn’t have a bike for six months of my policy. She told me no, it was best if I just renewed and it was easier for me to do it that way.I’m not expecting my bike spring to summer and didn’t think I should just renew. To make it easier……I decided to call back and cancel because I’m not going to pay for insurance when I don’t have a bike. Funny I just got a notice from intact saying I’m getting a refund.I’m not sure if the girl was just too lazy to help me or just a company woman….

Dealt with Samayita Khan, horrible experience. She is rude and does not listen to anything you have to say. She doesn't even allow you to speak and she talks over you. I highly recommend nobody deal with her as she made my experience very unpleasant

Horrible customer service, I have been trying to contact these folks since last week by phone and emails to discuss my renewal of auto and home policies, crazy amounts they have withdrawn in May without any explanations, nobody has bothered to call me even once. I also wrote to Adam Mitchell CEO, no response. Very disappointed with this service and indifference to customers. No sales or service people are accessible, we have to wait over the phone indefinitely. They just don't care!! Seriously thinking of moving our account elsewhere.
