Busy and understaffed nit the cleanest tummies around either. Orders placed through the app got mixed up and not sent in the past as well

Ordered a large iced latte. Was literally given a cup of milk with a single espresso poured on the top. Apparently this is a proper way to make a latte..??? Was basically told “oh well”.Thankfully it was only $2, but still, getting a glass of milk is truly disappointing.

Working in Brantford this week and have been to this Tim’s twice so far. They are so friendly and the food is great. I ordered on their app and that made it super quick to get my orders.

While waiting in line 3 people left, then while waiting for my order, the supervisor" turns to her coworker and says "this place is literally draining the life from me" I asked if that was something to say in front of customers and she lost her mind and started yelling at me and calling for security... for reasons like that I stopped going to Tim Hortons"

A very pleasant place. I had an appointment here and it went great. This Trademark is the hallmark of Canada and therefore needs no introduction. Come and enjoy coffee, tea, cakes and other delicious treats. The ratings I gave and they are quite correct for this place.Very nice!

Great staff and fast service. But you should know that the tree growing on your roof is going to be a problem. It’s called the Tree of Heaven and it’s the fastest growing tree around here.

Security needs to continue to be friendly, but remember they have a job to do. I see them Not getting the ones doing drugs, loitering and causing problems out as needed. Staff ... they're Amazing.
