I haven’t ever felt as comfortable as I did getting while getting a laser treatment,She is super informative and an all around wonderful woman to be around, she offers tons of great treatments at fair pricing ❤️ so beyond happy and will be back again soon !!

I have been going to see Rachel for years. Whenever I am in Nanaimo I make sure to see her for my esthetics needs.Her dermabrasion and hydrojelly facials are incredible! I can't even feel her dermaplaning, she is extremely gentle, she walked me through it and the benefits as she did the treatment and my skin felt amazing afterwards!I have seen her for a variety of services including facials and my wedding make up done. I would highly recommend you check her out! She is very professional, pleasant and provides a very relaxing atmosphere.I am excited to be in town in June and see her for some laser work!

Moreen is an excellent professional. She is the best on Island.She is so kind and always make me feel very comfortable.She takes her time to explain everything that will happen or may happen during the treatment. I am very satisfied with the final results !! Highly recommend !!

Had a great experience with Moreen for laser hair removal. She was easy to talk to and made everything very comfortable. Her space is spotless and her equipment is all top notch. I had laser hair removal previously at a plastic surgeon’s office (basic bikini and underarms) and found it very painful. To my surprise my first treatment was extremely comfortable at rewind medspa and yet very effective (95% of treated area is hairless 3 weeks later, and while I know hair in the resting phase will grow in later this is more dramatic results than I achieved elsewhere, and it’s my first time doing a Brazilian so this area was never treated before). I’ll be going back every 4 weeks for that area and adding my legs next time because I’m so impressed! The amount of time I’ve spent shaving and waxing over the years seems like such a waste now! If you’re on the fence about laser hair removal, I highly recommend you see Moreen, totally worth it in my book!

I went into Rewind Medspa in June after the transfer of ownership. I was very impressed with how beautiful the reno's were, with how inviting, calm and welcoming the space was. Rachel was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and assisted me with deciding what I needed and wanted most. I had skin tightening done - photorejuvenation - and it was amazing! The wrinkles on my forehead looked so much smoother! I also had laser hair removal on my underarms and it worked great, I went back in 4 weeks later for a touch up on both and I am very happy with the service, work done and how much younger it made me feel! Thanks Rachel! I am sharing some photos of the beautiful space! I also loved all the products available for skin care, and from local businesses! I will definitely go back and try more treatments! (PS I also had a LED light hydrojelly dermaplaning facial and it was AMAZING!)

Best on the island for sure. I a woman of an undermined age (63 LOL) and have had my share of facials. And they were good. What I had never experienced before was the tremendous visual difference of my skin instantly! I have just had my 3rd facial and Moreen is amazing! I gift close friends and family with gift certificates because I enjoy going there so much. Simply a beautiful person and beautiful environment.. And her prices are so reasonable too! My second round of IPL is scheduled for January 13 and I can’t wait.Thanks Moreen
