Both the hygienist and the dentist were so welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. They kept me involved and invested in my dental care. This was my first appointment, and I am very happy this will be my new dental clinic. I would gladly refer friends and family here.

Dr Klara is the best dentist I have ever had. Straightforward with his advice. Staff is very friendly.

There for a tooth emergency when my dentist's office was closed. I was very impressed with not just the professionalism of the staff but the friendly and compassionate way they took care of me.

Very disappointed!!! no emergency appointments, my boyfriend's filling that they had done fell out and it was one of the teeth closer to the front, they were going to make him wait 4 days and that was just for a consultation on work THEY did!!! They said they do not offer emergency appointments, ended up getting an appointment at a dentist closer to home the next morning. I also had some disappointing experiences with obtaining a night guard as i read on some other posts. Definitely will be finding another dentist. I will add his tooth was fixed at another dentist closer to home less than 24 hours later!! He was very happy with the service and he is one of those who is nervous about going to the dentist, so I am super happy in the end because he found someone who he was comfortable with and will have no problem going back to, not like this clinic where he was very uneasy!!

Very disturbed and disappointed when the Dental staff called me at the last minute to re-schedule an appointment that we had booked several months in advance. They do confirmations over and over via text, so what good is it when they cancel it in the eleventh hour. We as parents have other deadlines to meet as well. I found it very un-professional despite going to this clinic for so many years for my daughter. They did not have a resource today so ideally I was expecting them to accommodate me the following day, but no I had to take up another appointment and forget like nothing happened.The Dentist is good, but I guess the staff running the show needs help.Some business do not know how to value customers (new or old).

I’ve been visiting Southwood Dental for over 5 years, and not once I had bad or negative experience. The staff and dentists are very friendly and professional. Like everyone, I hated visiting dentists, but Kevin has changed that for me. He is excellent and talented. Highly recommend!

My family and I always enjoy our visits! There’s a smile on everyone’s faces, and we receive the best patient care. This is an amazing place you can go to if you’re nervous about dental treatment.
