If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Exceptional customer service right from when I called in , assuming I had to book the staff told me I could come in anytime for during the working hours, I came in at 10.00 am and by 10.20 I was all done ! The technician was so sweet and reassuring as well. Don’t waste your time booking appointments at other places if you have the time to come in earlier during the day this place is the best!

I did my first trimester screening here. Technician Samia is a great lady. She gives u very informative talk and let u feel not worried. She is also really kind. Me and my husband really appreciated her service and will continue come here for future tests. The ladies in the front desk are also very nice and friendly. Thank you guys for your great service

I had any x-ray and ultrasound done today around 3:00 pm. To discover that the x-ray tech stole $90 from my wallet while doing the x-ray. So bad to steel from patients. The ethics are not there. The manager named Khudiju Soomro open her wide big mouth at me claiming that the are all honest and threatened me with the police. I went straight to division 12 after I finished with and reported them so others will not fall in this scam. Shame on you

I went in for an ultrasound, I was taken care of by Samia and her assistant. Samia was so gentle and kind. She was very very helpful and friendly. Definitely recommending the place. All the staff is very friendly as well.Much appreciated

Walk-in for most tests. They are fast and efficient. Wait time depends on the place traffic so allow yourself extra time (I find it better than other places where even if you book weeks in advance they may cancel on you the day before). I did ultrasound twice. Took 1:30 hour first time and 1:00 hour second time from walking in to leaving out the door. Two different technicians in each visit and I had no issues with either. Test Report takes 3 days to get to the ordering physicians. In all, it is the best option if you want test done same week. Some tests however must be scheduled ahead. The receptionist on the phone asks about the test and then advise if walk-in or by appointment.

Best ultrasound clinic in Mississauga. I wish I could give them more stars. This is third time I was visiting there for my scan. I had my Anatomy scan there with Sobia. And she was sooo kind to show me and explained everything. She made sure i got cute photos of the baby. Can’t thank enough.Would definitely recommend this clinic.

Great experience! Beautiful clean comfortable exam room. Friendly attentive staff. Happy with quick, efficient service. Its my first experience with this office and it was great .highly recommended .i forgot to ask name of her.but she is very clam soft spoken n respectful.Thank you.

I wasn't quite sure what to expect when I arrived at the Walk-IN Xray and Ultra Sound facility. I took a book to read. I was impressed with the reception I got. I did not read any part of the book before I was called in. Everyone was polite and caring. The technician who attended to my Ultrasound was very gentle, polite and kind. The Xray technician was awesome too. Thank you all.
