Don’t pay for the drop in basketball! My friends and I booked for drop-in for today… Through the online booking system, we were hoping to have a nice and safe friend time( since online shows only 10/15 people booked for the drop-in). When we got there, there were more than 40 people, no one check if you paid or vaccinated… We felt stupid that we paid. This is at Markham location.

Man.. most poorly maintained court I’ve seen, floor is so dusty and slippery, gum renter onto the court floors. Not waxed at all. Wouldn’t do a little bit of sweeping for god sake

Very poor maintenance of the court. Is extremely slippery, no staff around for any emergencies and no dividers between the full and half court. Honestly, if looking to book in the area, go to Battle Arena, it's 5 minutes away.

I’ve never had a better experience! Haris was amazing, he was thoughtful and took his time to show us my brothers and I around. The court is well maintained and clean, also love the nets! Will definitely book again

Extremely unprofessional organization.They took payment upfront, claimed that their system got “wiped” due to a crash and took no responsibility in contacting the people who’s bookings got affected. You received payment and issued a booking confirmation. It’s your responsibility to take care of your customers if you have problems with your system.This company made no effort in proactively rectifying the situation. I shouldn’t have to call about an unrelated question to find out my booking was cancelled and time slot was issued to another group.

SCAM! DO NOT PAYDoor was locked, paid for time for a morning court booking. No one picks up the phone, the numbers posted on the wall are unregistered.Waste of money and time.

The half court is usually wet which is pretty dangerous They also don’t have a divider between the full court and half court so balls fly into the wrong court all the time. The nets are really nice though and booking system is super easy. The price is also unbeatable.
