Terrible Experience! Employee forgot to charge for gas and I did not notice due to being in a hurry. They called the cops and I was a regular customer. Not anymore!!! Of course the cops new it wasn't a theft, it was a small amount of gas and the cops said this has happened a few times with their incompeteñt day shift employee. I think an official apology is in order!!

Been burned 3 times now by the car wash, paid almost $17 each time for their best package. Which is supposed to include a wheel wash. 3 times this did not work, and the first 2, I went in to let the clerk know, he argued with me that it did work. 3rd time at 3:38 today, and my last time being taken in by this scam of a car wash. Avoid at all costs, you'll just lose money.

Bathrooms are not cleaned at all. If you stop there and have to go to the bathroom bring a gas mask or hope you can hold your breath for the length of your bathroom duty.

They need to start doing the journie rewards, this day in age any help with gas prices encourages people to go to a certain gas station. Last time I was there they didn't have the journie rewards.

I have no complaints with the gas portion of this ultramar. The car wash is something to be left desired. The owner really needs to perform preventative maintenance on this car wash as it breaks down often during high volume periods ie, warm winter days. This causes longer than normal wait times as this is the only auto car wash in Alexandria...
